My Spouse visa extension was refused in 2016 with no right of appeal due to the Toeic English test issue with the Home Office. Waleed helped me achieve positive results in my Judicial Review and I was given an in country right of appeal. I had a court hearing in June’18, Waleed had prepared an excellent case and remained in touch with me up until I went inside the court room. We contacted him 6 months before my extension application for a spouse visa and he helpfully told me and my husband all the documents required and how to improve the case. Successful spouse visa. Despite being married for few years and personal problems I wasn't able to bring my wife to the UK as I thought it will not be granted. My mother approached Waleed and he spoke to me and assured me that all the issues I had will covered and sorted. The application was submitted and the entry clearance office did not make a decision. Waleed was very patient and honest and he complied to the mp and lodged a pre.action letter. Finally the application was granted for my wife to come to the UK, who just arrived a few days ago. The home Office made mistakes and put me in panic mode, I approached WH Solicitors as I had heard they were very good.

Visit Visa Refusal Finally Won by WH Solicitors- I want to say a big thank you to Waleed Hassan for getting my grandmothers visit visa allowed. we lodged the application and this was refused twice by the entry clearance officer. We got sick of the entry clearance officer and instructed waleed through a string recommendation as to what we can do about it. We were worried that the entry clearance will win the case if we challenged the decision. Waleed Hassan, a senior solicitor and owner of WH Solicitors reviewed our case, and told us that we must go for judicial review as refusal was unlawful in his view. we were worried about the costs, but his fees were very reasonable and he explained all the ways that the case could go. Unfortunately, the judge refused the case on paper, but with waleed behind us we went for an oral hearing. He instructed a highly knowledgeable counsel and she was in agreeement with waleed's assessment of the case.

The Judge at the oral was in disgust with the Home Office counsel, and was very happy with waleed seeking disclosure from the Home Office as there were many false allegations. Later, the Home Office invited us to withdraw the case. Waleed did not take the offer up straight away and he negotiated some very good terms with the Home Office solicitor. I am glad that Waleed had faith in the case, and i will say that everyone has an issue with there case also has faith with him. My gran is over the moon that she can finally come and see her children and particularly her great grand children.

My wife made a spouse application which was refused. I had a solicitor in sheffield helping me at the time. But when I heard of Waleed, and how he helped a very close friend of mine in a complex case that no one thought he will win, I thought i will give him a try.
