As a customer of Wicked Weasel, I expect an experience that aligns with the brand’s reputation for premium quality and exclusivity. However, the way my order was packaged was extremely careless and did not meet these standards.
For a brand that positions itself as a high-end boutique experience, the presentation was surprisingly lackluster. Honestly, the lack of care made the unboxing experience feel like dealing with a budget retailer rather than a world-class brand. This level of neglect significantly devalues the product and the overall customer experience.
I believe that for the price and the prestige your brand represents, the presentation should always reflect the luxury of the items inside. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to ensure your shipping standards match your brand's image.

Please note I spent over $500 and 1 item didnt fit (even though medium and all others were medium).
To return they charge you $10.95 to buy a label to return - and all you get is store credit!
So I have now closed my account and will never purchase from them again.
If they allowed free returns then I would be spending a lot more money here.
I would NOT RECOMMEND because if their sizing is off and doesnt fit (most mediums fit but 1 didnt so yeah) then you will have to pay for their mistake!
Try Frankies bikinis instead

Our website does explain the returns policy as advised in your live chat inquiry. Our reply to your initial return inquiry via email clearly stated that the return label is worth USD 10.95 and that eligible returns are processed as store credit. We make sure to keep this information available so customers can review it before purchasing.

However, if your item is faulty, we’ll gladly cover the cost of the return label to ensure everything is resolved smoothly. To help us investigate whether this was a sizing/manufacturing issue, I've responded to your email requesting a clear photo of the item laid flat with a measuring tape visible across the waistband and the leg area. Please include measurements in the photo so we can confirm whether the garment’s measurements match the labelled size. If our findings show the item is faulty or mis-sized, we will cover the return label and address the issue appropriately.

I want to assure you that the stock levels on our website accurately reflect what we have in our warehouse. The delay you experienced was an unexpected, isolated incident, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
I see your order was placed on July 2nd, and we sent you an email on July 9th as soon as we noticed the dispatch delay. As further mentioned in that email, this part of your order has since been delivered as of July 22nd.
Regarding the two bikinis currently on backorder, since they are custom “Made For You” items, production and shipping can take up to 7 weeks, as noted here: https://www.wickedweasel.com/en-us/product/made-for-you-matt-lycra-368-halter-top-2595-lined-cheeky-bottom-bikini. These bikinis are currently being made, and we’ll keep you updated via email as we progress toward dispatch.

Sadly cant go lower then 1, because that would be the way to go here. It used to be good, and then they opend a EU warehouse... Now its more like a scam. You pay a lot of money for products you never get... It wil take you hours and hours and then they finally come up with giving you storecredit... Wich offcourse is useless, because then you order again and you wil again not receive anything... So DO NOT BUY HERE!!! unless you are not in europe, other warehouses might be fine. But within the EU you are being scammed out of your money.
And now ww replied with bullshit that it normally dosnt involve customs, guess what? I have heard of other customers that had the same problem. And they forgot a 0 or 2 0s in the amount of days it takes to ship from the eu warehouse.
The Australian and us warehouse seem te do fine, but the eu warehouse has a shitload of troubles, as i found out from others as wel. And the one off experience? So i get this one off experience every time i order, but in expected to believe their bs about it being a oneoff... Go look up my review of 1 year ago....
