Have to thank Wicks staff especially the lady who on Saturday 30 September 2025 at Westhill Aberdeen branch who helped my buy bathroom panels that were on promotion she went out her way to access a code even calling the store manager she finally got a code in order to purchase I am so sorry I didn’t get your name but a massive thank you for your fantastic customer service.

Aberdeen/Westhill Branch: A good experience served by Sejal who was polite, friendly and was very knowledgible. Pointed out that I'd made a mistake in my measurements of laminate, underlay and quantities required which saved me money. A pleasure to visit Wickes outlet.

Brilliant help from Marc, who helped me decide on wall fixings /raw plugs for plaster board.

Went in with a vague idea of what I wanted. Spoke to a really helpful, polite staff member named Ahmed. He discussed what I needed to do, asked claifying questions. Then took me round to get the various items. A really good guy.

your white matt emulsion is the same consistency as milk! its so watered down when applying it there's just run marks everywhere. never seen emulsion so watery. last tub i got was from b&q and never had an issue, I can't paint with this stuff 4 coats on the same wall and I can still see the original colour. waste of money, sticking with b&q from now on.

First time in the new(ish) Westhill store.
No complaints with the store itself but the customer service from the young lad on the till was terrible.
Rude, unhelpful and uninterested.
Not a great first impression

The staff are not trained and seem to have no knowledge of their own stock. Customer service is non-existent! No one approaches to see if you need help, and when you do ask a staff member, they invariably have to look at their phone to find the answer. The store is under-staffed and under-stocked. We rarely find what we need.

I had a great customer experience in the Westhill branch where Iris was very helpful and processed a complex order and delivery for me. Great help and very friendly team in the store.

I decided I needed to repaint my living room and some other parts of my home that were due for a refreshing change, however I wasn’t sure what colour paint will match, as I wanted earthy tones. I visited the store to see what was available, I was attended to by Iris whom I told about my idea and she was so polite and helpful, she helped me find the perfect paint colour combination and kindly answered every question I had. I will definitely be visiting in again when I’m ready to do the rest of my home.

At Wickes this worker named Nat is a lovely and helpful person.Plus she has helped me a numerous amount of times.

Great helpful service from staff members Sejal and Tayo in our efforts to obtain some extra matching bathroom tiles which were going out of stock, so that we could complete our ongoing renovation job. Both were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed.

Our dream bathroom is turning into a nightmare.

If you are looking at reviews because you are wondering about getting a bathroom or kitchen, please look at reddit and at the wickes reviews page on Facebook. Wish I'd seen these before paying out almost 10k. We currently have no walls, shower or sink fitted and no working lights. Just insulation and a wobbly toilet. Our fitters have walked out after messing us around - blaming Wickes.

If like us you are looking at reviews now to get help - apparently S 75 chargeback route looks the most promising and if we do not get satisfaction from customer relations and managers tomorrow - this will be our next stop.

Verily, upon mine visit to Wickes, I didst encounter a most diligent and noble servant of the trade, one Caleb by name. A man of great industry and boundless courtesy, he didst attend mine needs with a spirit most commendable.

Hither and thither did I wander, lost amidst the many wares of timber, nail, and stone, yet lo! Like a guiding star in a stormy night, Caleb didst appear, his wisdom of the craft flowing as a river doth to the sea. With patience unfaltering and hands most deft, he didst assist me in mine every query, imparting knowledge as a learned sage doth to his eager pupil.

Never hath I beheld a man so steadfast in his toil, nor one whose heart beat so true for the service of his fellow man. In honesty, in labor, in kindness beyond measure, Caleb doth shine as a beacon amidst the toilsome world of trade. Would that all men bore such virtue in their work, the realm would be richer for it!

Needed bits and bobs for a contraption and shi and had no clue where to find them, luckily Caleb came to the rescue and knew exactly what I was looking for. Now my contraption is built, couldn’t of done it without him 🙏🙏

One of the employees tried to swing on me when I asked for a straightener. Who knows what his problem was I think his name was Caleb. I literally just wanted to bend something straight but I had to lay this glek out and then go ask somebody else. He didn’t phone police though so 5 stars

In my recent visit to Wickes, a store employee by the name of Caleb gave exceptional customer service, leading me straight to the products I needed and giving helpful advice for the DIY project I was doing. I really appreciate his assistance and the overall service in Wickes.

went to Wicks Westhill today 12.50pm to visit the outdoor garden section only to find the doors blocked off with barriers, no notice why, no staff to tell us why , even when we made a comment to the lady on the checkout about outdoor section being closed got a blank response. So first visit to this store could be the last, on to B & Q Bridge of Don

First time I've used them, easy parking, lady on till told me where I'd find what I was after. Good prices and was helped by male member of staff to load the bags into my car. Definitely recommend.
