We had best experience when we went to buy floor tiles for our house. Sonia was amazing she was so friendly and very helpful with material. She also gave us good suggestion our item's.

Rupali was so helpful today, going out of her way to help me find what I needed to prepare for putting some wardrobe door handles on when I got home! Thank you Rupali - great customer service. The handles are now securely on, and straight!

Saf is not only the best staff at Wickes but tge best staff ever, I was thinking about a bathroom from B and Q and Saf gave me a better deal. So pleased with Saf that I got my kitchen from him too, any issues I had he sorted out immediately. Very professional and he really cares about customers and their satisfaction. Saf is so experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He is a legend. Best staff ever, cheers

Dealt with the Barking branch with a new kitchen and couldn't be happier! Saf was the great chap who helped measure and design the outlay for the kitchen, provide the documents and quote. Any issues he was easy to deal with and quick to respond, very happy with the service and our new kitchen!

Just spent 45 minutes with PAUL. Super amazing, unrushed and really took his time to answer my many questions. Anytime I need anything in the future il always come here and ask for Paul. Thank you.

I came to the store so frustrated with all the mistakes my builder caused for me but Theresah and Tochie(her manager) gave me peace of mind. I was able to leave with every situation resolved. Thanks to them. Great customer service, professionally executed.

Didn’t shop here but went into store in the morning distressed with car breaking down and being in a dangerous situation nearby and just managed to park in car park bay. Went in store to request additional time in car park and a team member Sonia came over and checked I was ok. Truly thankful for such kindness.

I recently visited Wickes to buy building materials and had the pleasure of being assisted by Lesley Martin. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Lesley took her time to make sure I fully understood what I was buying and explained the different options available to me in a clear and patient way.
She walked me through various products I could use and made sure I felt confident in my choices. Her knowledge, professionalism, and friendly attitude really stood out. The level of customer service she provided was amazing.
