Hi popped down to my local wickes for some paint ended up come out with more then expected to a big massive thank you yo sue and corrina that help me with everything

Corinna at the bicester store was very helpful. I'm a wheelchair user so the assistance made things easier for me.

Made a small ONLINE order for two sleepers and paid and chose a delivery date which was confirmed. Then 2 days before the delivery date the Bicester store left a garbled voicemail message (written transcription) which said they had no option but to give me a refund.

Part of the voicemail read:
‘Um Unfortunately we don't have this s in the start due to a crossover as Um, so it's, There's a stockover between them and the one that you've ordered. I'm not too sure how that's happened. But I'll have to get that knocked at by a manager. Um, So, all I can do is refund you.’

I have since contacted Wickes online Customer Services and been told ‘the refund option for the order does not exist.’!
They have refunded my £5 delivery charge but I am owed £35 for the items that were never despatched and which they themselves cancelled.

They seem to be saying that the Bicester branch should have issued the refund even though I made an online order and Customer Services don’t seem to have access to the information from what I am being told but their correspondence is pretty vague.
There is a problem between online services (who take the money) and the distribution branch and the communication to the customer is very poor.

Wouldn’t have expected this from Wickes. Been ok in the past but doubt I will use Wickes again.

Great service from Corrina: efficient and customer-focused.

I needed a colour match paint for a wall in my dining room and Morgan at Bicester couldn't have been more helpful explaining how it worked and he also interacted with my young grandson to make it fun. Very knowledgeable and helpful, an excellent employee.

As a community group we requested to use the Wickes Community fund for a few things for the Scout Group.
Having submitted the request I went into the store and the manager Alan and colleagues helped find the items and suggested other items that might up.our project.

I am delighted with my new kitchen, designed by Jenny and fitted by Dean, from Wickes’ Bicester store.

Jenny’s design made excellent use of the confined space available, and her guidance and recommendations for colour matching my choice of units with the existing flooring and work surfaces, invaluable.
She has an impressive knowledge of the products available.
Jenny has a pleasant, amenable character with which I felt at ease and her patience was much appreciated and reassuring, as I was confused and indecisive, having not long moved house.

Dean, the fitter, surveyed the kitchen to confirm the design was workable, leaving me to feel absolutely confident after discussing his survey that it would all work.
His estimate of the time the job would take was accurate.
He has an excellent work ethic, is reliable, thorough and skilled; nothing was too much trouble and once again, he showed patience and understanding.
Dean organised the gas fitter and electrician, both parties, capable, trustworthy and reliable.
Wickes arranged suitable delivery times, keeping me well informed of progress and sent regular reminders. Customer aftercare was also very thorough.

A huge thank you to Wickes Bicester from East Claydon School. They kindly donated £100 worth of items. These meant we could fix fence posts in our pre school area to keep the children safe.

Went to Wickes in Bicester last week, the staff there were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, especially the young man on the check out, he was excellent. A golden buzzer from me.

I was waiting whole day for delivery get text message from city link stuff will be deliver 11 to 15:00 ,I was wait for delivery till 20:00 no one comes around business, I have CCTV cam outside of my business and next door is witness as well they are failed to tell me time for delivery driver missed us ,which is absolutely driver lies to store no one there for receive delivery , it’s cost me £450 Carpanter come to fix decking but because of that dodgy driver.strongly suggest think before online order.

I’ve been shopping at wickes for a long time and recently I went in to discuss a problem I was having with my bathroom, I spoke to Alan the store manager who was really helpful and took the time to help me find a solution that didn’t cost me a fortune
