Wickes - Catford Reviews 

I ordered the flooring and it was delivered on time and put where I wanted it.

Sadly we went to Wickes at Catford on a really cold day to see a kitchen designer. 👩‍🎨 We were surprised to find that the doors were open on the room which meant that the heaters were useless and the room was like ice. Also there was no privacy so anybody in the shop could hear our whole conversation. It was so cold that we couldn’t concentrate on the design and therefore would not go back. An hour appointment is not long enough to design a kitchen. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Reliable efficient good value friendly. What more can I say? Wickes Catford is great - much better than other local diy chains who will remain nameless!

We were in the Catford branch looking for items for our rebuild. Milton was extremely attentive and proactive. He noticed that we needed help and came over without us having to ask. He provided excellent assistance throughout and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. His customer service was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.

I was looking for a sealant smoother tool of a particular size and shape. When I went in store I asked a lovely man called Shane who took me straight to the product in question. Excellent customer service delivered. Thank you🙏

Went into the Wicks at Catford on 5/12/25 to buy a tool box as a present. Milton was brilliant, showed where the tool boxes were and what one we was actually after.
As it was a present Milton made sure it was in perfect condition, wiped it, cleaned it etc.
It has been many years since I have been to the Catford branch, which is a bit out of the way for us now. Although more stock than my local branch.
Would definitley go there again.

Delivery arrived bang on time and they were really helpful and carried everything where I needed it.

Milton at Catford was a very helpful and cheerful assistant who directed us to the correct area of the store and helped us with finding the right product for the job.

I went to Wickes recently as my husband who is builder for many years needed some bags of plaster and he was working and could not get there in time so i went to pick it up and I did not realise how heavy the bags would be and a kind man working there put them on the trolley for me and said get some one at the desk to ask someone to load them in your car for you.
A gentleman came to help me his name is Milton he was very helpful and took care of this he was most helpful kind and arranged the plaster in the car in a perfect way. He is a lovely man and I hope Wickes appreciates how good he is for there company. And I must say that all the staff in the Catford branch are very helpful.

My experience was great and the staff name Milton was very professional and polite. I was very pleased and would shopping here again.

We had excellent advice from their Design consultant George.
We were able to have a new bathroom that was within our budget. He showed us many options and we didn't feel like we were being pressured.
Would definitely recommend using Wickes

No one attended for mazerment on 07/11/2025.
Just before appointment time i had recived a masage about cencilationtion and ask for a picter of my kitchen.

Have had a few deliveries recently and have had the same crew each time - great guys, always friendly and helpful
