Very helpful in choosing a practical design
We have just chosen our new bathroom. Danny was so approachable and helpful. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and paid attention to every detail. This made the whole process so much easier for us. Very excited to get our new bathroom.

From start to finish, what an amazing experience.
From the minute we sat down with Kim to discuss ideas for our new kitchen, to the home visit where she showed us ideas for our kitchen we hadn’t even considered. Nothing was too much, even when we changed our minds umpteen times on what we wanted or when the delivery guys missed dropping off a box!
Now we’ve had the kitchen installed, Kim’s ideas, advice and knowledge has blown us away, our kitchen is beautiful!
We certainly can not thank Kim enough for everything, she was fantastic throughout the entire process!!

Great experience today. The young lady who helped us originally was great and the man and woman helping with the forklift and also Ashleigh on the tills. All staff really friendly and helped us get everything we needed ⭐️

Great design service from Danny
Danny from the new Colne branch has been so great and attentive since the first contact after booking a design appointment.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came to measure up and show us some samples. We then went down to see his design on opening day of the new Colne branch and were impressed with his work, he really listened to what we both wanted out of the kitchen so we placed an order straight away.
We are so impressed we will definitely use their service again for our bathroom next and will ask for Danny!

5* to Kim at Colne & Adam at North West Tile & Stone
Kim was the designer for our bathroom (was at the Preston store, now based in Colne). She was super friendly, helpful, informative and organised from day 1 and took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted and needed. We had a slight hiccup in communication between the design and fitting but Kim and our fitter Adam (North West Tile & Stone) sorted everything for us, with the final outcome being an improvement even on our initial plan.
Adam and his extended team were also an absolute pleasure, they're really conscientious, communication was good and on top of doing a stellar job, they are all just lovely guys which is always a bonus.
Thank you all - we love our new bathroom!
