Assistant Shelby was absolutely brilliant as she helped me save money.
She went high and above to make sure I got the best deal after I bought something earlier in the day and when I came to return something back as I needed more stuff in return.
She is the one with red hair and is a pretty women so u can’t miss her.

Ammaarah was excellent today, I've just spent a awful lot of money having new kitchen fitted and all new appliances , just called in for more paint, was trying to use my 10% off voucher which expires may and she told me about other promotions and signed me up to a new app, she took time to understand my needs and help me in every way she could, she is a credit to her family and a inspiration to wickes, she really made my day😇

Had a trip to wickes today to buy anti slip decking paint and was greeted by Ammaarah a very pleasant young lady, she went above and beyond to direct us to the product we was after and had us in and out in minutes bless her need more people like her in the world 10 out of 10 from me and the wife

I went into Dewsbury Wickes this week for some emulsion. A blonde haired assistant who saw me trying to lift them off the shelf came over and lifted both 10 litre paint containers off the shelf and placed them on the checkout counter. The other assistant Kieran then carried them to boot of my car for me. Excellent service from both of them. Thanks from a grateful woman pensioner.

Went into store today to ask for help with my nail gun, after previously been given the wrong nails for it in a different wickes store. Ammaarah was extremely helpful from start to finish and made sure I walked out of store with the correct items instead. Although there were other customers who needed serving too, she still continued to help me first and found someone else to help others.

I had an excellent experience yesterday at the Wickes Dewsbury branch, where the local manager, Dan, provided exceptional assistance. I was seeking a specific type of paint to meet my requirements, and Dan not only explained the various options available but also ensured I understood which product would best suit my needs. Additionally, I inquired about transporting paint by air, and Dan thoroughly explained the necessary considerations. He even printed out a report confirming that the paint is water-based, which should pose no issues during transit, though he advised me to contact my airline to confirm their specific regulations. In conclusion, Dan is an outstanding store manager who truly deserves recognition and promotion for his dedication and customer service.

I ordered fencing yesterday 3rd March, I was helped by Ammaarah, who helped me through the process, excellent service, will definitely shop there again

I went to wicks to buy some doors and I got help off a member of staff called Jamie he was very helpful and polite and he couldn't do enough.
Made the purchase easy and stress free would recommend this member of staff for help with anything.

I contacted Wickes in relation to community funding for a small primary school. Within a short space of time I had a reply saying my products were ready. Thankyou so much for helping us create the space we want to nurture and educate our children!
