Wickes - Dunstable Reviews 

We went to Wicks in Dunstable on Sat morning and even though your staff member was busy doing a pick she assured us she would be back to us in a few minutes and she did just that . We had tried many other places like The Range and Homebase ect for the paint we wanted and after buying so many different match pots we still could not get it right and there was no help available in the other stores . Julia came to the rescue when we went to Wicks and advised us on the colour we were trying to get and she did a fantastic job doing that . We decided to get a colour made and Julia made us confident with choice by showing us the colour on the screen and advising us from the picture we gave her . Wicks Stores all need a Julia working for them as she is a credit to the company with her attentive manner and such a happy person . Well done Julia you have made us decide when we need anything in the future not to try other stores just go to Wicks . Thank you for your time Julia it was a pleasure dealing with you .

The experience was made great by the designer Jo from the first visit to the completed design. The home visit was set up and Jo called us back within a couple of hours and the appointment was made for the following day. Jo was on time did all the measurements asked what we wanted explained the process and was finished the first appointment within an hour. The nest appointment to see the first draft of appointment was for the same week.That appointment went extremely well and by the end we had a kitchen design we liked. We had then time to consider everything and during this time through email communication Jo was available and always responded to our email very quickly. We could not have had a better experience. The only reason this is a 4 star is because the install hasn’t been completed as I type this.

But the journey to this point has been smooth and made it easy from design to delivery to install date.

I needed to check an item in store. It was what I needed so I placed an order for delivery. Marie was very helpful in doing this for me; cheerful and efficient.

So pleased I chose Wickes as they have been first class from start to finish ,Raphael designed our kitchen and was available in the background when required. A great experience designing and planning kitchen with Raphael. After choosing my units Raphael choose tiles and flooring to coordinate.
The fitter went above and beyond to sort minor problems. He left the kitchen and garage tidy.
