Very helpful staff and in particular Alan, mixing paints with no problem

Called the store to check stock of an item and Morag one of the staff was really helpful, locating and loading the items onto a trolley before we arrived. The store manager (name I didn't get) also came along to help and the while experience was first class. Well done Wickes Glasgow team.

Manager and till attendant always unhelpful, poor attitude and obstructive to help. This is my experience ever time I go to this store. Will not use again. Have written a full complaint to HQ and explained my issues.

I am still waiting for the request for further information from you so that this can be looked into further via Trustpilot. I had an ensuite and bathroom fitted in March this year. The vanity unit when it arrived was far too big for the space and had to be re-ordered from a different company. The tiles that were fitted by the installer in the ensuite were from 5 different batches they should all be from the same batch. The attention to detail and finish was poor in the ensuite. I had to regularly point out areas that needed fixing. There is no transparency of costs for the installation as it is not shown on the order. In June a settlement was agreed. I have now discovered that the measurements and guide for work to be undertaken: that was first measured by the design consultant, then checked and agreed to be accurate by the installer for specialist work was not correct. This has all been paid for and I have therefore been overcharged for this work. Can you please send me a private message so that I can resolve the problem.

Stay well away from Wickes Glasgow.
I have done bathroom renovation with them, and it was nothing but a headache.
They will send you incompetent plumbers (K. Brady plumbing), to do renovation work, and in about 6 weeks time, finished result will be atrocious.
You are going to request and email plumbers that you want one thing, they will do something else, which is breach of contract, but wickes will still ignore that fact.
Wickes will send you products which will never be installed because of bad design and workmanship, and then they will charge you for it, after you return items.
Customer service is not existent, all they care about is stealing your money. Listen to this they activated my loan, so they can start taking money. I never signed project off, and I am not happy with dozens of aspects of installation, and they still want money.
I have informed the loan company and will use section 75 when they answer.
My advice to anybody planning “Wickes project” stick with proper Bathroom designers and installers, you’ll be much happier.

After writing review I keep getting messages to contact Wicks, like I didn’t do nothing else for last three months.
Just today I was told by Sophie - Customer Experience Coordinator to look for third party solution, and that I will do.
I would advise anybody who has problem with Wicks to visit Citizen Advice Bureau, they can help you with Consumer Rights issues, also all your requests about installation should be put in email so you can easily prove that company was in breach of contract, if anything goes wrong.

Kenny our designer is a consummate professional. He listened to our wishes. He made helpful suggestions including how to get a large cashback from the main appliance supplier. He spent as much time with us as we needed as often as we needed and was never "pushy".
Once the design was finalised the communication with the delivery team was good and everything was carefully delivered on the days we wanted.
The fitting team of Lawrence and his son William removed the old kitchen and installed the new one to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they took the minor design changes we made as we went along in their stride giving us helpful and practical advice in the process. They could not have been more helpful or pleasant which considerably reduced the inevitable stress of having a new kitchen fitted.
The plumber and electrician also gave us exactly what we wanted and also to a high standard.
We were impressed that both Kenny the designer and Alison from the installation team visited us whilst the kitchen was being fitted to check on progress and problems - there weren't any problems as those that had inevitably arisen were solved by Lawrence or William when they cropped up.
We love our amazing new kitchen. It replaced the one we had 18 years ago - also from Wicks.
Would we have another kitchen from Wicks. You bet we would especially if it was the same team who designed, supplied, and fitted it.

Delighted with our new kitchen. Great service throughout from design through to fitting, plumbing, tiling etc. would highly recommend

We are still waiting for a sink to be fitted 6 weeks after the rest of the bathroom has been completed, due the original unit being faulty. 2 supposed replacement sink/vanity units were ordered but never arrived (each with a 2 week wait), then the 3rd was also broken on arrival. The Customer Care Team no longer respond to any phone calls or emails and nobody is remotely interested in resolving my issue or issuing a refund for goods and services I have paid for but not received. The packaging of the goods is very poor, so it is no wonder items are damaged on arrival. DO NOT have a bathroom installed by Wickes, they promise a lot but fail to deliver on every level.

I would have given WICKES 5*****... As last order placed and delivered no problem, great guys and kept well informed.
BUT...TODAY....
1 GUY IN A WHITE VAN AFTER BANGING THE DOOR AS IF THERE WAS A FIRE, No Notification of their Job Number or that they were here, according to Satellite View Van was near "Callander" well over an hours drive away??Then Started TOSSING and...yes THROWING my delivery on to the pavement, BLOCKING pavement for PEDESTRIANS. THE BAGS RIPPED AND CONTENTS SPILLED.
HE then walked off got into van saying Nothing... LEAVING EVERYTHING ALL OVER PAVEMENT. I went down to van chapped window and said that he should deliver properly and get the stuff he had thrown sorted. He just started SHOUTING that he was a "TAX PAYER"??? Which made absolutely NO SENSE WHATSOEVER, and that I SHOULD "ASK HIM NICELY???"🤔

I paid for a Service, I expect the Companies that I order from to ensure their products arrive timely and safely, NOT BLOCKING pedestrians or causing DAMAGE, or RUDE TO CUSTOMERS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR.
A Neighbour who witnessed the Pantomime saw that just before I came out that the equipment he was using was inadequate and that one of the 100l bags bounced back and had hit him on the head... KARMA😊
Perhaps he needs ANGER MANAGEMENT AND A NEW. CAREER.
I called Wickes who did not seem very concerned, I asked for email address to further complain.
Guess What? No further orders for Wickes!

I've still not received any update regarding this matter!!
Obviously doesn't matter to Wickes.

A great experience from start to finish. Kenny in the Glasgow branch was quick efficient and not pushy at all. We knew what we were looking for and he only made relevant suggestions and didn’t try the hard sell.
Delivery was easy to track and the guys were great.
As for the kitchen fitters, can’t recommend Laurie and William highly enough. Made great suggestions for wee alterations to improve the layout. Job is high quality and the materials are too.
Only wish I hadn’t put it off for so long!
