What a great experience meeting Chris…
What a great experience meeting Chris from the show room. I was there to buy a kitchen. We booked in for a home visit, where I found him very knowledgeable and helpful as I wasn't to sure what I was looking for.
The Kitchen has been designed and due to start in Oct. Very easy and straight forward.
It was always service with a smile. Thank you Chris for all tour help.

Great customer service from Paul i think his name was.He was friendly, helpful and professional throughout, and went above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed.Nothing was too much trouble, and his excellent attitude made the whole experience fantastic as i have bad experiences in the past.

5 stars for Gemma! I came in stressed about returning an item to a different branch, but Gemma took ownership of the problem straight away. She contacted the other store on my behalf, arranged the delivery day, and kept me reassured throughout. Her helpfulness and constant smile made such a difference and customer service at its best!
