Wickes - Huddersfield Reviews 

We used Wickes for designing our kitchen, it's not yet installed but Joe Ragona helped with the design in the Huddersfield branch and was very patient with us while we decided the final design. Very happy with the service so far, and looking forward to the installation.

We got quotes from elsewhere but one of the main reasons we choose Wickes was because of how much we trusted Joe, he helped us a lot with the design and any questions that we’ve had since,
They have a great range of kitchens and we can’t wait to get ours 😁

We are extremely happy with our new Camden kitchen which we recently had installed. From the first consultation with Joe Ragona at the Huddersfield branch who was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions we had were always answered promptly. Such a friendly guy who couldn’t do enough to help us. Even after installation when we had an issue with the tap, customer service was as great but again Joe tried to help on that as well. We really couldn’t recommend wickes and Joe enough.

Our experience at Wickes Huddersfield was excellent from start to finish. Joe Ragona guided us through the kitchen selection process with honesty and clarity, making sure we understood exactly what Wickes could provide. We never felt pressured, and after exploring all possibilities, we found a high‑quality kitchen that fit perfectly within our budget. Chloe was very knowledgeable,friendly and listened to what you wanted, great selection of kitchens on display, the design process was great, being able to see your ideas come to life and how they’d look was very helpful, very happy with the service.

A Mr. Joe Ragona came on time and was very pleasant and polite took measurements we and worked out a design between us.Joe was a great help to us deciding fixtures and fittings and we are now looking forward to our new kitchen

Hello, well I booked and paid for goods to pick up Monday morning, the money left my bank, but no order confirmation, I contacted the branch at Huddersfield where the manager try to help but I had to call the number so I did, passed from pillar to post , I finally got someone from the uk not South Africa only to be told that there was a problem with internet ordering and that was it, they would not give me a voucher for even £5 and would not escalate it.
It is Thursday evening now and still have not got my money back£200
Avoid wicks they don’t care as it a automatic reply on here

We recently visited Wickes Huddersfield to discuss our bathroom remodelling project, and we were fortunate to be assisted by Joe Ragona.

From the very beginning, Joe was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with us. We had several ideas about what we wanted, and Joe took the time to listen carefully and help bring our vision to life. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the consultation, and he suggested several recommendations and considerations that we hadn't initially thought about, which proved extremely valuable.

We were in search of a new kitchen, we spoke to Joe a year prior just looking at what was available at the store, Joe was very pleasant and easy to work with, he informed us that once we're ready he would visit our home to do measurements ( it took months because we did an addition to kitchen,) once it was completed we returned to Wickes, found Joe, he remember us and our needs. Visit our home, took all our needs into account and offered suggestions which made a big difference and was a great help with our design.
We can't stress enough how much Joe felt like family, he wanted the best for us, he move heaven and earth to make sure we were taken care of even when things were out of our and his control.
He is a very caring person and we don't know if he realises it.
Joe Ragona is much more than a Design Consultant, he would be your advocate and he is AMAZING at his job.
Visit Joe at Wickes Huddersfield you won't regret it. We would give 10 stars 🌟

Bought a new kitchen at Wickes -Huddersfield. Joe Ragona was really helpful, He really put effort in to creating a kitchen we thought would be just be bog standard. The main reason we went with Wickes.

Natalie, Sally and both Andrews were amazing in supporting me today. I cka in to purchase Stanley hand tools and claim a backpack from the offer. I was unsure of the process. Andrew printed all the t&C's, Gabe them too me and explained the process to claim. All staff were very helpful and polite. Absolutely fantastic with brilliant staff.

I was confused about which tiling equipment & backer boards I needed to buy but a gentleman whose name I didn’t catch -with a big beard- was very helpful & guided us through it. Much appreciated. 5 stars

Joe Ragona at Huddersfield Wickes was excellent in guiding me through the whole process of buying a kitchen. He was always available to answer any questions I had and just knowledgable, informative, respectful and experienced. We started in January 2026 and I had contact with Joe on the phone and in store and last meet was 12th March. Kitchen to be installed 13th April. I am really impressed with service overall and with Joe in particular.
