Brilliant end to end service from selection , planning, measurement checks, securing delivery through to completion. So happy and will be back for the next rental kitchen we replace!

Fantastic service, compared to the experience I had with B&Q, Sarah was really knowledgeable and understood what we were looking to do, very open and clear communication on pricing and quality, couldn't fault the service we received superb all round and would recommend to anyone.

Went to upgrade our kitchen after existing 25+ year-old one was looking tired. Tried 5 different kitchen suppliers decided on Wickes having had very good design service from Sarah (Design Consultant) at Huntingdon branch. We had several visits to the shop after a home visit to finalise the design and finish of the kitchen. Appliances I purchased from an independent supplier. Sarah organised all of the component ordering and for an approved Wickes installer. 1st installer I did not like on his assessment visit so it was no hassle for Sarah arrange for an alternative installer who did an excellent job. The installer started on the agreed date and finished on time despite some items of the order not being included in the delivery at the start and a shortage of a key component at the end. There was meant to be a Wickes customer experience Co Ordinator assigned to manage hitches such as this in the process but I am afraid to say that the customer experience coordination is the one sadly lacking factor of the whole process. Any problems I had it was best to liaise directly with Sarah to sort even down to the removal of the old kitchen units 6 weeks after installation was complete. With the trash removed the installation complete any left over or spare standard components I was reimbursed for. I would, and have recommended Wickes to persons wanting a new kitchen.My new kitchen is stylish and well made and my wife and I are very pleased with it.

Freya was super helpful and very patients with us. She helped with payment issues and gift card processing, not making us feel unwelcome for paying with those. Thank you Freya !

We had our Kitchen designed by Sarah Gerrard Cook and she was outstanding. From start to finish, nothing was ever any trouble and she made some excellent recommendations and has transformed our kitchen. We could not recommend her more highly and Wicks are very lucky to have such an amazing employee. It truly shows how much she loves her job and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Sarah. Thank you.

KRIS was helpful when she showed me where the screw-eyes are. I thought they might be among the other screws and hardware, as in my mind. Please add a notice so frustrated shoppers know where to go. The real answer is to go to the independent hardware shop on the High Street ... next time!

I was served by Alex who was very helpful in directing me to stuff I was looking for and showed me stuff that served me quite a lot of money and was very happy.

I have been lucky enough to experience great customer service at Wickes recently. The team has been so helpful. Today I visited and a number of the colleagues were really helpful. I wish I took all their names. I remember Alex was especially helpful in getting my heavy stuff to my car. Thank you everyone at Wickes Huntingdon

Good range of stock and prices.

We were offered a great range of competitively priced products, but the tipping point for us was the service that we were offered by the naturally gifted Sarah Gerrard-Cook.
Every so often you are tempted to write a review but in this case we felt compelled, it is a rare feeling to be so confident in making such a positive review, Sarah knew a great deal about her products was never pushy and clearly understood the emotion surrounding the selection of a new kitchen, so was always so very patient and supportive. Due to circumstances Sarah was introduced to some friends that went on to purchase their own kitchen and they would I'm sure share the great confidence in what they called "our Sarah"(as there is more than one). So if you are looking for a kitchen or indeed bathroom then we would have no hesitation in suggesting that you contact Sarah GC at the Huntingdon store. PJ

I popped in to Wickes in Huntingdon on Saturday 13th June around 1pm. I had a few questions as I was struggling to find some things that I needed. A gentleman called Andy was really helpful and went above and beyond with the help I required. I left with exactly what I needed. Thanks again to Andy.

Ordered a Kitchen from Sarah at Wickes Huntingdon, she listened to our wishes, came up with some great ideas herself, and produced a design which was perfect for us. We were kept informed at all stages of the process, and any minor issues were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure dealing with Sarah, and her colleague whose name I cannot recall, and we now have our perfect kitchen, cheers.
