Superb customer service
Went to wickes to get some DIY bits and the staff were so friendly especially a lady called Kerry who definitely knew what she was talking about and helped me locate multiple items. Great customer service 5*

Came in to the store to buy some tools to fix my washing machine, Kerry was brilliant at helping me locate what I was looking for. I've been served on the till by Kerry many times before and she it's always friendly.

Great service cheap and good quality
I was looking to purchase some cement, sand wood (etc) for some DIY work as I was unfamiliar with what the best items would be best for my project so I see one of the staff who was passing. she said hi my name is sheena how can I help, well if it wasn't for her I would have purchase the wrong items she knows her stuff, explains what to use. Where in the shop the items are & went out the back to grab an item that I'd grab the last one of but needed 2x of this item. 110% happy with the service I received "THANK YOU SHEENA " Lowestoft branch your one luck company to have such a great member of staff with the knowledge and politeness.
