Jim on the till
Gave five stars as a big thank you to Jim on the till. He carried a bag of multi purpose compost to my car and put it on the front seat so that I could easily get it out of the car when I got home. He's friendly, helpful and I really enjoyed the banter.

For Maidstone, St Peter's St - and Jim!
For Maidstone, St Peter's St - other branches have been a bit hit and Miss with quality of service, but at this one everything goes brilliantly. I always find what I need, it's well laid out and looked after, but mostly the staff are friendly and helpful. Particular mention to Jim on my last visit; he was lovely and gave some great tips. toilet stopped flushing
Today my toilet stopped flushing so I came along with pictures of the flusher and was helped by Tracy and Jim to make sure I bought the right parts and knew what I was doing.

Helpful staff
Visited my local store today and needed help with a few things . Was helped very kindly by Jim , making sure I had everything I needed . He also noticed I’d picked up 2 different architraves so he made sure they were the same . As an NHS worker he kindly gave me a little discount , which was gratefully received.
As I left he wished me a good evening and to take care .
What a lovely member of staff .

I had the pleasure of meeting Abbie at Wickes Maidstone. She was so professional and very knowledgeable and all my requests were done within the week and the process was an enjoyable experience. I am looking forward to having my new kitchen installed in January and I was very impressed with her and how easy it was to order the kitchen I wanted, and how easy the process was to update anything I required.
