I just want to give a big shout out to Michael in the maidstone store . I asked for help with some screws that was missing from a flat pack. I had no idea where they were and what I needed . It was nearly closing time and he was so helpful. Not rushing and making sure I had what I needed . Thanks so much to Michael. Top fella 👍

I bought 6 bags of 1mm gravel from Wickes Maidstone. It was a shame the bags were wet and leaking muddy water, however the service i received from Jim was superb. He loaded the bags into my car and also searched for some plastic to cover my boot. He also returned my trolley for me. Thank you Jim, very much appreciated.

Great customer service from Jim on service tills! One of the hottest days of the year and he was really friendly, professional and happy to help me. I don’t usually write reviews but think Jim deserves some recognition for 5* customer service 😊

Popped to the Maidstone store for a couple of bags of plaster as they are the most convenient place to collect from. There was a full pallet in stock which was a bonus. Once at the tills Jim was very patient, checking the balance of a voucher from a work discount as I’ve no other way of checking it. The staff at the store always seem to be cheery and their customer service very good indeed.

Few days ago, (can't remember the actual date) my husband send me to pick up a bag of builders sand from Wickes.
Jim was so helpful, got me trolly, got the sand for me and after paying, I requested could he put it in the car for me as I have bad back and knees issue. He was happy to help.

From initial enquiry to completed installation the process was seamless and less than 4 weeks. I made the initial call, Matt turned up 2 days later, we bashed out my requirements and sealed the deal over a cuppa. A couple of weeks later the scaffolding went up a few days before the install team arrived who fitted it all in one day. Two days later the scaffolding came down and I'm currently 95% + self sufficient Very pleased with Matt, the scaffolders, the install team and the Wickes team and all the follow up calls to check all ok.
Great service, gets my recommendation.

We visited Wickes Maidstone this morning for help in choosing the right paint for our garden projects as we are not DIYers. Jim assisted us and was really helpful in advising the right paint and equipment. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Went into Wickes Maidstone fairly late in the evening. Found everything I needed. At the checkout, Jim asked if I was trade and I said 'no, farming'. Jim likes farmers apparently so he gave me a trade discount. What a legend. Will definitely go back if they're all of the same mindset.

I run a gardening club at a local school. Have just collected a really useful car load of donated equipment that the operations manager had ready for me. So grateful.

I work for a local charity offering wood craft to people who struggle with their mental / physical health. Wickes have been kind enough to donate some timber to us on a few occasions, which helps us to keep our cost down and continue with our local community work to help people gain life skills and well-being. Very much appreciated.

I booked a free home visit for a new kitchen, the designer that came was very professional, patient, attentive and creative. She too time in listening to what I wanted and was able to give a design with what I asked for and also what I needed.

I went with my own kitchen fitter and when they had problems following the design (due to their own stubbornness) Wickes was very supportive, they even came over to my house to explain things to the fitter.

In the end I have a brand new kitchn and I am so glad to have gone with Wickes.

My designer did a great job.
