Gemma was excellent when handling my refund

The level of service at this store is quite simply extrodinary (in a good way!)from shop floor all the way through to Management, they go above and beyond helping customers, from trivial finding items queries to more complex problems of having a missing part sent out within minustes of reporting, being hand delivered by a staff member who was coming closest to my out in the sticks location! Spoke to Wickes Mgr who had the ability to quickly think outside of the box and provide his customer with an on the spot resolution, he snaffled the missing bit out of another box for me! Aren't people lovely? With this level of service I will always shop here! 💕🙏🏻

Wickes is always my go to. I recently built a duck enclosure, i went to wickes to buy all my materials. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
