What amazing Customer Service
What amazing Customer Service - I ordered the wrong type of item online for delivery and it arrived as scheduled. Unfortunatley I had ordered an incorrect item and so I contacted my local Store who advised to speak to Customer Service.
The lady I spoke to quickly arranged a free return for me and I then ordered the correct item. The lady was proffessional and extremely helpful and understanding.
The whole issue was resolved within 10 minutes and the item is being collected tomorrow.
Excellent Customer service from both Julie at the Oldham Store and the lady I spoke to at central Customer Services. Thank you
