I went to Wickes and received outstanding service from Shaiba. From the moment I entered the store, she was approachable, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right products for my DIY project.
Her knowledge was impressive, and she took the time to explain the different options available, offering practical advice that gave me confidence in my choice of purchase.
She seemed very committed to her job and lead by example, as a colleague asked a question and she responded in a similar way.
I left the store with everything I needed with no doubt. Excellent customer service -Thank you to Wickes Perry Barr, I'll definitely be back.
