Wow what a shopping experience, Spencer was so helpful he was extremely knowledgeable of products and made my shopping a breeze. I would recommend Spencer at Wickes Pudsey over and over. Spencer is a asset to Wickes and hope his supervisor and managers see this review.

I recently ordered compost soil and topsoil from Wickes online, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The website was easy to use, and arranging delivery was straightforward with clear communication throughout.

What really stood out, though, was the delivery itself. The driver was excellent—professional, helpful, polite, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to check exactly where I wanted everything placed and made sure it was delivered neatly and carefully. He showed real respect for my property, which I really appreciated, and nothing felt rushed or careless.

It’s not often you come across such attentive and considerate service. The driver went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything, and it made a big difference to the overall experience.

I’m very impressed with the level of customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Wickes again. Highly recommended!

Easy to order online kept me informed about delivery and the delivery drivers were excellent and really helpful.

Salam helped massively with the design of our new bathroom. He had started a plan for it before we even arrived based from our previous discussions. Showed us around the showroom and the website to pick what we wanted and went through step by step how the whole process would work. Couldn't recommend this service more.

Needed some spare pieces for a Wickes kitchen I inherited in a newly purchased flat. The staff at Wickes went out of their way to help me source what was needed. Much appreciated and highly recommended

Went to Pudsey store for MDF paint and primer. As I wasn’t too sure what I needed asked for help from Logan. Logan was so helpful in pointing out my different options and was really knowledgeable. Even when I had moved on and was waiting for my paint, he carried on looking for a suitable, affordable product for me, than you!

In Pudsey store 24.3.26, bought a couple of items, not many, only 2! After paying and leaving the store to get home, I discovers that the SECURITY TAG, is still attached to my water hose gun!!! Can you train your till assistants to be extra vigilant in looking for SECURITY TAGS upon scanning as Im now wasting MY TIME to go back to store to get the dam thing removed! Probably get funny looks if I've nicked it but will have receipt And wasting my fuel, when fuel prices are through the roof as it is, I don't need it.

We had the pleasure of having Sal (Salam Desai) designing our kitchen for us. He was great from the start and always happy to tweak things and change things around so we got the kitchen we were 100% happy with. We cannot thank him enough.

Tasharna was very experienced, helpful, amenable and patient.

An excellent delivery. Driver went, above and beyond, and he did it friendly and with a smile. He had to do more work for me than he was obliged to do. (I’m an old disabled woman) My delivery and courier, could not have been better. He gave me a card, but I just realised, his name isn’t on it. So if Wickes see this. That driver deserves a raise.
As for the products. They’re great quality ( I’m housebound , so can’t choose my own. So I’m grateful, whoever chose, chose well) it was also delivered within the slot I had been given. I would highly recommend Wickes for quality and service.

I ordered a large bulk delivery of timber and plasterboard and the guy that came was lovely very helpful also helped me by letting me know what else I needed for the stud wall I am building . Would defiantly recommend .

Had great customer service from Logan, who helped me work out which shower was best for my needs and placed the online order for me.

Brought a bespoke kitchen and from the start to the finish the experience has been so good.
So easy to book the appointment and don’t feel rushed when it was being designed. Tasharna was amazing and was able to advise and support in the design process.
The delivery of the kitchen was prompt.
There was a door that was damaged. And that was so quickly rectified and a new one was posted out.
It was so nice that Tasharna was contactable for any concerns and she responded to emails when requested a call back.
Buying a kitchen is such a large purchase and filled with anxiety but it Wickes and the staff made it such a good experience and stress free

On arrival is wasn't clear where we had to go to meet for our appointment.

The store was cold and the lighting was poor. The Wickes employee who we had our appointment with had her coat on for the entire appointment because it was so cold.

Our appointment was at 6pm. Midway through the appointment the Wickes employee confirmed that her shift should have finished at 6pm. So we were left wondering why the appointment was arranged for 6pm and felt bad because we were keeping her behind after her shift had finished, through no fault of our own.

We made a follow up appointment for 2 weeks time to review the designs. I asked if we could do this any quicker, because we have a design and price from a competitor, with a deal ending soon, and wanted to compare the two. The Wickes employee, couldn't arrange anything earlier so we had to stick with coming back 2 weeks later which feels like a long time to wait.

The whole process didn't feel as professional as other experiences we've had with other providers, and felt a little like we were having to work hard to get you a sale instead of the other way around.

Visited a few days ago, I needed help with paint & types of rollers, Logan came to my rescue, very friendly and helpful. Also sought help from Sanjay, again very helpful and friendly, this was at Pudsey branch. Made my visit great and not bewildering, much thanks to them both. Logan also helped me get onto the wickes app. This is now my go to store.

I came in looking for some paint for our hallway and asked for the dulux made up range.
Logan came to my aid and was really helpful and friendly whilst I was being very indecisive!!
He was really lovely and went above and beyond!!
