Appalling delivery service, tracking appears 7 min before 4 hour window ends to tell you delivery is still hours away.

Wasted all morning waiting for a delivery which may or may not arrive today!!!

We visited the store on Sunday and Emily S was really helpful when we were trying to find the paint etc we needed. Will definitely go back to Wickes again.

Myself and my wife recently purchased a new kitchen from Wickes Rotherham and was assigned Deborah Jackson as our design consultant. Would just like to say that Deborah has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish, she listened to everything we wanted regarding our new kitchen and the plan she came back with was perfect. She is a really friendly and bubbly character whilst being professional at the same time she is a credit to the store and I can’t recommend her enough. When we look to redesign other parts of our house we will be coming back 10/10 👌

Sarah was very helpful in locating items I needed.

I was amazed at the patience and length that Mike went to in helping me find some skirting board,having to get I down with fork lift etc as it was a rare brand not on show. The time it took him seemed no problem to him a all, apologising that I had to wait for it and doing all of this still with a smile on his face. In addition this meant that he handed me my finished skirting boards 5 minutes after his shift had ended. How many workers would do that and still have a smile on their face. Truly exceptional, I shall use Rotherham Wickes rather than Chesterfield infuture. Thank you Mile for a truly special service.

Would give zero stars update on issues still popping up with bathroom Wickes fitted a built in toilet came loose was tipping and moving so we called a plumber he took it out and showed us the original fitter never screwed it to the floor in the first place just siliconed it in so we had to pay out £250 yet again for another issue to be fixed just gets better and better avoid at all costs

I visited today to open a trade account. Emily was fantastic and extremely helpful, managing everything perfectly even though the till area was very busy. Excellent customer service!

Debra is friendly , approachable & very knowledgeable in her products. I would have liked to give her my business but circumstances were not condusive as Wickes couldn't fulfill my requirements.I would give her 10+ without hesitation & recommend her to anyone needing to upgrade their kitchen.

Been into the Canklow Meadows store on a Sunday twice recently on way home from Sheffielld. Both times I've needed just a small bit of advice and was seen by Julia on the till. She helped me out and on the second visit she seemed to have remembered me from before, which was lovely. Great service and happy with the prices as well

We live in Sheffield and had a new kitchen done through Wickes, organised by Johnathan who was absolutely amazing! Johnathan really went above and beyond to help us, was so so friendly, and we're so pleased with how the kitchen has turned out. Would recommend to everyone 😊 All the best, Amy & Jordan

Very helpful staff, great advice, from an Idea to three revised designs later a lovely kitchen. Emma Norris was great.

Emma was very informative and offered suggestion where necessary.

Ordered a kitchen sink for collection at Wickes, Rotherham. Staff member Maria went above and beyond when we noticed someone had opened the box and took parts. Maria helped us look for what parts we needed to make up for what was missing in the box, but the store did not have what we needed. Maria was then able to source another sink at a store not too far from us and refunded me for the original purchase. She ensured the stock at the other store had not been opened and she arranged the new collection on our behalf. Thanks again! Mr. Worthington.

Emma was absolutely phenomenal in designing our kitchen. While we knew what we largely wanted, Emma was about to sort out the practicalities and intricacies of the design quickly and effectively, and asked questions and made suggestions to help benefit our design. At no point did we feel like we were being "sold to", rather instead simply "helped".

Emma has been great at helping us put together our dream kitchen. She listened to what we wanted and provided that, and when we weren’t sure she provided options to help us decide. She’s really knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend Emma to help you design your kitchen.

Emma made our experience pleasant and non stressful from coming to our house to do measurements to helpful tips to the actual design of the kitchen, Emma has great knowledge.
Can’t review the actual fitters or the finished kitchen has still waiting on fitters to get in touch
