So helpful
Popped in to look at gardening stuff. Bought a couple of things. I have to say that I have been into many DIY shops in the area and so often the experience is poor. No interest in the customer.
Wickes in Saffron Walden was a breath of fresh air! Friendly staff who are genuinely happy to help. I have to single out Sally on the check out. She was professional and welcoming to me. And what a lovely smile! Thank you
