We were looking for a whole kitchen makeover, cabinets appliances, flooring and decorating,Abi at stowmarket wickes was absolutely fantastic helping us design the kitchen,she is amazing

Myself and my partner have always felt very welcome coming to this store, the staff are always very helpful and friendly and the shelves are always well stocked.

Today during our trip Shane went above and beyond to help us both, we are extremely grateful and hope to see him in the future. He is very understanding and down to earth and very good at his job!

We collected a gate yesterday morning on click and collect. Whilst in store we decided to buy a new latch and I had to purchase via click and collect as I didn’t have payment cards with me. Transaction was processed within seconds and we received service with a smile and a corny joke as an added bonus! 🤣. Great store. Clean and well organised.

Had our kitchen redesigned by Abi in the Stowmarket branch. Her attention to detail, positivity, listening skills, and availability throughout made her stand out. Highly recommended!

We started with a look around the showroom but also had a chat with a very helpful chap called Crispin. We decided to set up a kitchen design meeting after our holiday which we did yesterday. Although we had sort of decided what would work out in our new kitchen, Crispin was able to demonstrate other options that would be suitable for the space and regulations/safety. After several trips up and down the showroom to show what was available, and several changes in design so that we could really see different layouts, we settled on the perfect design! It was such a helpful process as we had a blank page to work with in our new property so it was good to visualise the space. Crispin was patient throughout and nothing was too much trouble to get the result we wanted. Lots of advice offered and the discounts made it affordable for us. Big thanks!!

We popped in on the off chance to look at the kitchen range, walking up the stairs we was greeted by Crispin and from there we have purchased a beautiful kitchen and appliances which will be fitted by a recommended fitter.
Crispin knowledge and ideas help design a layout that utilised the foot print allowing more storage and a symmetrical units.
He will be working along side the installer to ensure our end result is as or better than the original design.

Wickes surprised myself with the personal touches and they have pride on getting dreams that come true.

Had a parking ticket at Wickes in Stowmarket that wasn't justified. I contacted the branch manager Harry Self who couldn't have been more helpful if he tried and sorted this out for me within the hour.
Nice to speak to someone human who understands.
Give him a pay rise immediately

Abi was outstanding during my visit. She made the whole process a pleasurable experience.

Very good customer service, explained everything we needed to know. Was happy to make adjustments to our order and gave good advice. Polite and friendly nature.

Crispin Easter made the experience of designing and refitting a cloakroom and a main bathroom so easy. He was extremely patient with our ever-changing ideas and helped us to come to a decision on everything. What was really helpful was that he managed to arrange a delivery date to fit in with our installer and so the whole process has been stress-free. thank you, Crispin.

So impressed with the knowledge and help given by Crispin Easter designing our new kitchen at the Stowmarket branch, he had endless patience talking through all the different options and guiding me through the whole process, I am delighted with the units chosen and feel Mr Easter is a real credit to the store.

I have recently bought a renovation property in Stowmarket and I have been into Wickes, honestly almost everyday since!!!
The service is always brilliant especially from Shane, everytime I go in I ask 100 questions and I always get all the help I need!
Whether its painting a wall, varnishing a floor or making a doggy door Shane has helped with all my problems.
I cannot recommend enough!
