Hannah came out to see me and designed my bathroom . She was very helpful and listened to all my needs . I am at the early stages so just looking at the plans at the moment but feel certain Hannah would guide me through the process confidently .

Hannah offered a very personalised approach, was very thorough and always ensured that we were happy with what we were getting. She was very professional and helped us find a kitchen that we will love

My disabled neighbour asked me whether I could make a secure outside store for his mobility scooter, so I went to Wickes to price up some wood. Thomas suggested an alternative: a Keter outside store: half the cost, easy assembly (I'm no carpenter), storm-proof and lockable.
Tom helped me with everything: checking the scooter could be maneuvered in, how to prepare a base, make a ramp, and finding a suitable padlock.
Wickes is always my go-to, but Tom's patience and knowledge went above and beyond.

Despite Scott Harvey and Barry attending the property at the start of December and promising the Kitchen being completed for Christmas we are still in a situation we’re another contractor has left the property in a disgraceful situation. I requested specifically not for this Kitchen be rushed and to use the time wisely to avoid any further issues and yet here we are again. Electrics still not safe and although the Gas has now been fixed it was originally left leaking, proving both were carried out without any certification to confirm safe after installation.

The only situation left now is to micro manage your installer directly and stand over them whilst they undertake further rectification works or start the new year shopping for a new Kitchen, I look forward to anybody calling me to discuss the immediate remediation or removal of the kitchen and repair to the property which has been caused by Wickes and the Cowboy Contractors they employ. YEEHA all.

Worse company I ve ever used in my life, ordered a bath room in June , to be fitted last week, items delivered but with wrong vanity unit , then told it’s no longer available, after many phone calls another unit so called ordered, after 3 more days chasing a delivery date, we then get told the second unit is no longer available! Customer services useless store manager useless , now we have half a bathroom missing no toilet or sink and it’s Christmas never use Wickes ! Pray for us

I purchased a kitchen and granite worktops from Wickes. The worktops were installed by their supplier, PWS Kitchens. We paid a substantial amount for measuring and fitting, but the worktop initially arrived incorrectly sized. After a re-measure, it took another two weeks to install—and there is still no overhang on one side, with the overhang varying from 9 mm to 1 mm along the run.

During installation, two doors and a post were damaged. The team offered a refund for the measurement costs due to the poor service, but my requests for compensation for the damage to the new kitchen units have been ignored.
All items were purchased through Wickes and paid for in-store, so I expect Wickes to resolve this. Being told “it’s nothing to do with us” is unacceptable. I am a Wickes customer, and I expect a proper resolution.

Made use of Wickes Comunity Programme to obtain some tools for the Bradford on Avon Mens Shed. Thomas' help was invaluable.

The hole team were great, but Andy the kitchen fitter was amazing his work was of the highest standard throughout and very very helpful to me the customer with advice.

Went to Wickes to get some paint samples needed help and Jess was fantastic really helpful really great customer service

We had a kitchen design appointment booked at Wickes Trowbridge- confirmed by email and scheduled four days in advance. We travelled from Bath during rush hour, spending nearly an hour on the road, only to be met with complete indifference. The staff casually informed us that the designer had extended their holiday, and no one had bothered to notify us that the appointment was cancelled.

No apology. No ownership. Just a dismissive, “That’s odd.”

This level of disorganisation and disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable. We had been seriously considering a Wickes kitchen, but this experience has completely changed our minds. If this is how they treat potential customers, we dread to think how they handle actual projects.

Poor communication between the store, customer experience and our fitter leaving us without a shower for 3 weeks during the hottest weather, when it was a simple replacement needed. Terrible customer service when I called on 16th July. Could hear the manager telling the person on the phone what to say in very dismissive and rude tone. Was told to wait until our design consultant was back from annual leave to get an answer, which I said was not good enough when that was another week and we’ve been waiting weeks already, for quite a simple replacement. Very disappointing. On the plus side, our fitter has been amazing!

Very engaged staff, Hannah taking great pains to make sure that we got what we wanted, and a good relationship between Hannah and the excellent fitter Matt produced a lovely kitchen,
