Huge thanks to Ben who from start to finish of my dad’s bathroom renovation has been amazing. Really helped us with each step and always made time for us. Would highly recommend.

I have recently had a new kitchen supplied and fitted by Wickes of Winsford. Really pleased with the finished job, the product quality and installation. Ben Smith, one of their designers, planned the layout. He came up with several options for me to consider and overall was a massive help. Great guy, knowledgeable, friendly but professional. The installation was by David Williams Joinery, immaculate workmanship, absolutely flawless. Thanks to all the Wickes team.

Was helped by a guy called Ben in the Winsford store , was really quick and designed exactly what i had asked for in my budget range.

We have just had a kitchen designed and installed by Wickes in Winsford. The kitchen Design Consultant was Jenny Jones and she was amazing. She designed it just how we wanted and nothing was a problem.. she is so friendly and helpful, as are all the staff in the kitchen department. Jenny made it so easy for us throughout the whole process. The installers were Jared and Aaron and were superb, two great guys and nothing was a problem for them. They have all done an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen. We would highly recommend Jenny Jones and the team for your kitchen design and installation. Thank you to you all!

I recently purchased a kitchen from Wickes at winsford . The designer who helped me was Jenny Jones and she was brilliant nothing was too much trouble and she help me loads. The staff at the store were also very helpful and accommodating . I highly recommend the use of this store

Visited Winsford today to arrange a delivery of fence panels.I was greeted by a number of very happy colleagues on the desk, and although I had a problem with my discount card the team quickly sorted it out and arranged my delivery in super quick time. Had an issue with an item I bought so I returned and the member of staff, Aleasha was so helpful she worked it out and resolved my issue with a smile and genuine helpfulness

Thanks to both Carole and Aleasha for their incredibly prompt and speedy service when I came to pick some items.

We were helped by Aleasha with a query regarding porcelain tiles. Not only did she answer our queries but she helped us to carry them out to our car after she had sorted a price mark up issue at the till.
In short she could not have been more helpful.
Also it is very noticeable that WIckes have vastly improved their service and marketing after their recent refurb and new image.

Ì was served at the tills by a lovely lady called Carole. She was very helpful.

It was love at first sight, I’m talking about the porcelain floor tiles - but the customer service I received from Adam at Winsford left me floored (pun intended 😃) His product knowledge and attention to detail was wonderful and he really made my experience at Wickes one to remember! 🙌🏽

I always enjoy going to Wickes in Winsford. Apart from the quality goods and the clean well stocked store, the staff are always pleasant and helpful. But todays visit was made a little more special by Carole on checkouts. I have a trapped nerve in my spine and as such was moving towards checkout very slowly and even though there were people behind me Carole didn't rush me and treated me in an understanding and professional manner. Thank you Wickes of Winsford.

The lady that served us tonight was amazing, she went the extra mile very good customer service. A credit to the company.

I went in to look at tiles for my bathroom and I was unsure on options. Adam went through everything with me, ordered the tiles to get the quickest delivery. He also showed me around the bathroom showroom where I was about to get more things for my bathroom project. Great work from the Winsford store ☺️
