I would like to make one remark only. For payment I used link "bank". The order was done. But I did not know that after I should connect with Wikimedia sales department and receive them bank data. So, I waited some more than I planned. But when I understood that, everything was fine.

I have been waiting product to be delivered for two weeks already. I asked last week, received answer that delivery will come soon. Still nothing, no delivery, no further information. Very bad customer service.

Quick to ship and reply/handle requests
I made two orders and cancelled one with email, they were helpful and immediately did the cancellation and replied my email. Then I received the other (was a HiFi speaker set) quickly without any issues. I am enjoying the speakers quite a lot. A nice experience so far.
