Quick and simple! I am impressed with how fast my order arrived! Took only 5 days from NL to the rural north of Sweden. It was also easy to contact their customer support with their chat function on the website.

I had to search the internet for the user manual. Great product/ good service/ not 100% satisfied
Purchased an open box Meze Liric at what I thought to be a good price.
The headphones arrived promptly and are great.
My only grief is with the fact that I didn’t receive also the premium promotion cable offered now by Meze. As stock cables are not very good, this extra cable (250Euro) would have been great. This made the purchase not as attractive financially as I thought initially (there was another offer with a different seler that included the updated cable, and close to Wifimedia price).
Wifimedia customer support was prompt and courteous when i contacted them. They offered me 50% discount if I purchase the cable.
I didn’t take it as I feel i am not getting what I expected, value wise, for the money I paid initially.
So, I will not be a Wifimedia customer anymore.

Really strong service
Really strong service. My item could not be delivered within promised timeframe. That was of-course a little disappointing- but the service when we realized that was nothing but great. Offered to return the money and shortly after I accepted the money was back on my bank account.
In my view strong and customer oriented companies show themselves and rise to the occasion when things somehow go wrong - and that is what I experienced here.

I was cheated by Wifimedia
I bought B&W speakers for €750, but then I was told that the speakers can only be sold in pairs, and the price I paid was only for one.
Unlike other online shops, Wifimedia shows the price of only one speaker, while you can only buy a pair.
They cheat the customer.

Unfortunately, the product was not listed correctly on our website, so it was not listed as a pair. Because of this, the price of the speaker was also listed as a single speaker instead of a pair. My apologies for this, of course this should not have happened. We have now changed this on the site and the speaker is only available as a set.
