We bought two Lumie alarm clocks from Wiggle. Great service and fast delivery but they did not mention that the plugs were UK plugs so we had to rush out to buy adapters before gifting them

I ordered a pair of shoes three weeks ago with arrival date 9 of may. I needed the shoes for a running race may 13th. Today is may 13th and I have not heared from Wiggle. I have tried to get in contact with them every day since may 7th. NO answer from any of the contacts!

Wiggle keeps a high standard with shopping, checkout and delivery experience. If I can find what I am looking for at Wiggle, that is where I buy it.
I ordered some bike parts from Wiggle and have mixed feelings about the overall experience.
They have a good selection of products and the prices are ok. But! The delivery was very slow and misrouted. It took almost 3 weeks for the goods to arrive from the UK to Sweden. In comparison, I usually get my parcel within 3 to 4 days when I order from a German bike shop.
This is because Wiggle uses a cheap shipping company (Hemes) to send orders at a minimum cost. My order was supposed to be delivered at home, but eventually landed at a drop point in a distant town, 40km drive to get my parcel.
I sent a mail to Wiggle to relate the issue. I would have expected some kind of apologies, but they didn't even bother to answer.
I will definitely avoid them for future orders.
I placed an order and got the order confirmation and soon after, a mail confirming the order was sent. Then I didn't hear anything, until I get a mail saying the order has been sent back because it couldn't be delivered (and that I could place a new order). I didn't get any notification on upcoming delivery, and I am certain there has been no attempt in delivering the goods (I am working from home so I have been here). After this I received an automatic refund, with an amount that is lower than what I paid when placing the order.
Still waiting for my order which i payed for a couple of months ago.
Wiggle was good before but is totally rubish since brexit.

Bought some things and prepaid dutys/taxes.
The package came from england to sweden. Had to pay duty and taxes again. Wiggle Said they vill look upp what happened and since then silence.
Have bought alot of bike components from there but not anymore. The customer service was really Good until recently. But now its not good at all
Ordered a part on 24.07 with delivery expected on 02.08. Today is 13.08, I still haven’t received it. Customer support took forever to respond something like this is very unusual, just sit tight and the order will be with you shortly. I was ordering stuff from China in the meanwhile, that is already here.
I ordered swimming goggles to arrive no later than August 10th. According DHL they will only arrive at August 16th. No satisfying handling of the complaint.

Conclusion, if you live in Sweden, stay away from wiggle, they lost their thing.
Late delivery (8 working days compared to their own estimate to Sweden) and a "customer service" who do not respond to repeated emails. Get the impression that they have not sorted out the post-Brexit problems yet...
I have been waiting 17 days now for my parts , and no response from Wiggle just a auto mail in return !!
Order delayed by a month, stuck in customs. No reply from wiggle via email. Unfortunately they do not publish a phone number and their chat function is unavailable. Wiggle might have been good before, but it's a massive dumpster fire after BREXIT.
If you use safari they show higher prices than other browsers. Foul play tech pisses me off.
Unfortunately, a great experience turned bad quickly. I ordered a bike I’d had my eyes for several weeks, once it got in stock on the website. After about two weeks, I was informed that my order had been cancelled as “they had packed the wrong bike in my box” and had nothing to replace it with. No efforts were made to supply me with a replacement. Very disappointing experience and I’ll be careful if ever ordering from them again.

Easy to buy and return objects that doesn't fit! Have always had fast deliveries and easy to deal with! Never had a bad experience so far!
When i ordered my new fatbike i got 500meters and The chain broke!
It took over 3 weeks before i got a new one and really bad customer service!
