I received a defected item and now I want to return it (by 14 days). They say they won't refund the shipping costs I paid when I placed the order!

This IS the first Experience with Wiggle. All good. Delivery fast. No problema. Suggested
Wiggle is not able to provide cardboard that resists till delivery. Once again I received the goods in a new package from the transport company.

Wiggle offers a free service that does not work and suggests to use DHL wich in my area is not available. Very poor service and I can not recommend Wiggle because there are numerous cheaper alternatives like.

It takes two almost 3 weeks to get my orders delivered to me.
I Think this is not a reasonable time for an e-commerce site like wiggle.
