I talked to the attendant in the chat named Cherry who didn't give me answers that were clear to me. So I decided to send an email to answer these questions. And she herself responded by saying: I already answered you as in the chat.
I didn't like the customer support service.

I scaled a product to 10-20 orders a day and they told me they will fullfill and ship them, no reply from my support agent since 2 weeks. Worked with wioo in the past they did an great job but right no its so bad.

The worse drop shipping company that you could work with honestly. Avoid like the plague. They state that they offer 10-15 days shipping but they are lying. They literally use the cheapest and slowest shipping lines like China Post to ship your orders, and make a huge mark up profit by charging you what a private agent would charge for shipping your goods that should normally take no longer than 10-14 days. When I started receiving more orders, I literally got so many Chargebacks and refunds from customers because of Wiio's slow shipping and poor service. Seriously, avoid them and do not use.

too bad customer service, I never use them again. They sent the tracking number too quick but it take too long time to update and deliver to customer. If you want to build a brand, choose another company. They will destroy your business.

Bad experience with wiio, I received message from several customers receiving a package with aliexpress address.
They do the intermediation of the intermediation and do not have the possibility to withdraw the package from the initial company.

Wiio Dropshipping is not genuine. Aiko ,summer ,Vickey and rest all these agents shown me hell and are not trustworthy at all and hence I have escalated the matter to Shopify agains wiio ..
Merchants, Never ever go with wiio .

I approached the company via its website chat and asked to speak to a sales representative in order to fully understand their ability to provide general 3PL service. Shortly after, I was contacted on Whatsapp by someone named "Anthony" with a photo of a half-nude guy who presented himself as a "dropshipping agent from WIIO". When I asked what made him use such a photo in a business profile, he responded by calling me a w@nker, mocking my (standard portrait) photo, and immediately blocking me. A few minutes later, he unblocked me, made another mocking remark, and blocked me again. Even the complete lack of response from my side didn’t stop him from repeating the above for the third time.
This is something one could expect to see maybe in some teenager chat room but definitely not from a representative of a respectable business entity. Naturally, I assumed that I was dealing with an employee who didn’t realize that he represents a company, so I headed back to the WIIO site chat to ask to speak with someone less aggressive only to discover that I was blocked there as well.
Much as I’d like to believe that it was a rare incident of an unruly employee, the blocking on WIIO implies that behind the very impressive website, the company is run by a couple of 12-year-old kids.
* I’d be more than happy to provide a transcript and screenshots of the chat (including the phone number and the photo of the representative) to Trustpilot and WIIO officials for further investigation.
