often outdated content

often outdated content. wikivoyage is way better and often shows, as of which year the information is. but wikitravel has its place to keep the competition with wikivoyage alive to improve wikivoyage even more.

Service above and beyond by Eva and Wiki Travel.

I have just returned to France via 3 airlines scheduled by Wiki. All were ontime, clean, and as convenient as any airline travel can be. Upon arrival home I realized that I had paid twice for extra baggage on one of the 3 flights. I received an email from Eva at Wiki saying that they needed confirmation of our baggage on that flight. As it turned out, Wiki checked and because I ended up paying twice for a service, they immediately reimbursed my account for the extra payment. I did not expect that but it is an example of the quality and timely service by Eva and her team.

Aliya of Shahina Biznes Travel for Uzbekistan travel.

I found the most up to date & relevant information regarding travel to and through the Stans on WikiTravel. I was put in touch with Aliya of Shahina Biznes Travel, who proved to highly efficient and professional in her dealings with me which involved (a) getting a Letter of Invitation for a visa to visit Uzbekistan; sending it to the Uzbek embassy in Beijing where I collected the visa without a hitch; (b) arranging cars and drivers to take us between Nukus to Khiva; Khiva to Bukhara and Samarkand to the Tajikistan border post. All done efficiently and at a very reasonable cost.

Useful and objective Travel Information

I used this website to plan a trip to Europe and I found a lot of useful and updated information.

I recommend other travelers to use this website to organize the trip.

Besides it doesn't have publicity so they are giving real, objective and practical information.
