Fun great staff, good food at the end of day!

We had a great time on the Atv adventure!!! It was a blast and Miguel from the animal park was the best!!! He was so friendly and went out of his way to show my girls all the special tricks the birds could do and let them feed them! It was amazing and he made the trip one to remember!!!

We booked our excursion the morning of around 8am. While checking out it asked if we need transportation from our hotel. I put yes and included our hotel information and room numbers. It said that confirmation for transportation would be sent WITHIN 24 hours of booking. It also said pickup time for our resort was 11:30.My friends and I got ready and waited in the lobby until 12. When I called customer service to see why no one picked us up I was told that we had to book transportation 24 hours in advance. That is NOT what it said and they refused to refund us. We couldn't reschedule because we were leaving the next day. The lady was extremely rude and basically told you should've read the terms and conditions and still refused to refund $410.00. Thank goodness our bank was willing to dispute this transaction.

We had a great experience! Daniel was our guide and he was funny and clear during his safety demo. Something that was vaguely mentioned under the tour description was the amount of hiking. It wasn’t intense but a few people said that they were unaware that there would be steep hiking in between courses and one lady had to quit after the first course. Water is provided to help keep you hydrated and overall we had an incredible time!

I came to do the Camel ride and had such a great time I decided to sign up for the zip line the next day.

I loved the camel ride! Great food better drinks fun guide great experience all around the tour of the wild life was great I got to take pictures and handle the animals.

When I went Zipling I freaked out and was ready to quit, but Pablo talked me through it and helped me. He looked out for me and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Pablo in the zip line and Abraham at the camel tour were the absolute best!!

Our zip line coaches were amazing and so encouraging! Pedro, Juan, Pato and I can't remember the 4th gentleman. My husband is afraid of heights but these guys made us so comfortable and made zip lining fun!

The ziplines at Wild Canyon were pretty good. They were a good length and it was a lot of fun. Overall, the facility was well run and well organized. There were a lot of guides for the zipline, which made it move at a good pace. The only thing I didn't care for was that some of the ziplines required you to go backwards, which wasn't a position that I found very comfortable. Other than that, it was a fun afternoon and definitely worth a trip.

Awesome experience for our whole family! All the staff from shuttle drivers to zip line guides to the animal care and the restaurant staff were polite, engaging, fun and definitely increased our enjoyment at Wild Canyon. We would highly recommend WC and specifically the zip lining activity.

Great experience, the 3x2 combo is a good value. You need to be physically fit to do the zip lines, there is a lot of climbing! But if you can, do it. It is amazing and the team, especially Goose is awesome!

I do not like not being told all the facts. They advertise you can way less than 300lbs. But after I spend 110 then they tell you sorry you weigh
Over 250lbs ( I way 262) and you can not ride the longest fun ride #8 zip line. Full disclosure would have been nice. You also ride one of the zip lines twice and one is super short. People working the zip lines we’re a 10/10! But this is not worth the money.

Great day with the Camels. Kafia was awesome.

this experience was awsome. marcel the camel handler was by far the best. my kids had a huge amount of fun. My only complaint was the pictures prices and the fact that we cannot use our own cameras.
