We are a British design and manufacturing company based in Devon. We make a range of products but also sell products that I have found useful in my own photography and camera trapping to compliment our range. It's not just in the UK. Our business is international. As photographers and naturalist worldwide we want to get close to our subject without disturbing it, we want to protect and camouflage our kit and be warm and comfortable ourselves so we can stay out in the field longer. For me, I know the fantastic feeling you get when you achieve that shot or have that privileged close encounter. As a Company, if we can help customers achieve this we are on the right track. We get such good feedback and when I talk to customers we have so much in common. Our customer base is mainly retail but we also supply trade and to film makers and the BBC. Our products are also used by the British Forces around the world in some of the harshest climates and conditions. We are an ethical company and strive to offer the best service and products we can. We are part of the Trading Standards 'Buy With Confidence' scheme and are listed on 'Which Local'. For me and the staff it's more than just a business; we enjoy what we do and take pride in our products and service and get a great boost when we read the customer feedback.

Very prompt service but needs explanation for use.
Very prompt service. Good product, but would have benefited from a leaflet being enclosed to show how to use it and whether there are various ways to use it as it’s not that clear by just looking at the hide structure.
Edit: Thank you for your prompt reply, which was helpful. It would have been good to have had the detailed diagram that is in your website showing the dimensions and orientation enclosed with the parcel

My experience has always been very positive.
On two occasions I have asked Kevin if he could make me lens sleeves and lens hood covers in black neoprene.
Needed for brand new release Sony lenses 200-600mm and most recent the 400-800mm before the traditional camo cover sets have been available on the open market.
In both cases I sent him images giving the dimensions and he responded immediately and produced and posted them within a day or two!
Very happy to recommend Wildlife Watching Supplies.

Hello Maurizio, we are sorry that your order has not arrived yet and we were not aware that you had not received it. We e-mailed you tracking information on the 7th April when your order was despatched. Your parcel has left the UK but we believe there have been delays both with Italian customs and the Post Italiene service caused by IT issues and industrial action. Unfortunately these are out of our control once it leaves the UK. We would be more than happy to resend your order but there could still be delays when it reaches Italy. We will e-mail you directly with any updates we have on your first order and the replacement order. Once again, we are really sorry that you have not received your order.

Awesome service
Awesome service - they were able to make custom leg warmers for two of my tripods, to dimensions I gave them. Ordered them, put the dimensions in the comments and the product turned up really quickly.
As an "even better if", I bought some non-slip hexagons off Amazon and stuck them to the backside of them so that they didn't slip when installed
