Bought a PRS guitar strap as a Christmas present. Made the order and within an hour it was on it’s way. Could not believe it! Excellent product and exactly as described and have taken delivery today 24 hours later. Cannot Recommend them enough. Would not hesitate to buy anything from this company again. Shame they are a distance away but not a problem with the service I received

Belated review.
I bought a superb Gordon Smith GS1 during the summer and I have to say the service was second to none ,absolutely top notch. I may also add the the guitar is absolutely phenomenal. Been playing for many a year and this guitar stands apart from others. Thoroughly recommend shop and guitar.

A belated big thank you to all at Wild Wire Guitars. I purchased my fantastic Gibson ES 335 Dot a couple of months ago, the culmination of 14 years going through the guitar rights of passage, from Squire to studio this, and studio that. So to receive a beautifully packaged, prepared, set up instrument, shows that you really understand that investing in a quality instrument is a big deal to most of us. I could not be happier, and how wonderful to find old school customer focus, in this age of ‘shift them quick’ warehouse dealers. Cheers to you.

Excellent experience I was only After a budget guitar but they sourced and I collected within 48 hours, no problems a Tardis of a shop.

Just bought a prs se custom 24 from these guys, I looked elsewhere found a cheaper price, and they said, we will match it for you, the guys were great to talk too, and service also great, really happy I went to wildwire guitars, and will return when I'm ready for a new one, oh yeah and my new prs sounds epic, thanks guys

I recently purchased a secondhand Les Paul via mail order.

The guitar arrived a few days later and was excellently packaged. The guitar was in perfect condition save a fault with a volume knob. Leon was very helpful and responsive and managed to find a suitably qualified technician near me (I live a few hundred miles from the shop in Yorkshire) who could sort the problem out at no cost to me.

I am very happy with the guitar and would certainly recommend them to others.

Having sold my last good guitar, a Taylor 312ce, in order to focus on the ukulele and banjolele, I decided to return to my first love and nearly drove myself barmy trying to choose between a Taylor (been there, done that) and a Martin (twangy, straight out of the box). Then I half-decided to stick to what I knew and loved, settling on a Taylor 612ce. I was wrangling on eBay, with an owner who wanted £3000 for a used one when Google threw up a brand-new one at Wildwire for £2850. What?! I couldn’t believe it! Within minutes, I’d arranged a lift to take me the 30 miles to the shop. And there she was... beautiful in looks and sound, an absolute bargain! Leon (I think) couldn't have been more helpful, even allowing me to pay in 3 chunks... cash, PayPal and bank card. Wow! What a shop! Thank you for making a dream come true, guys. And their Martins sound good as well!

I have just taken delivery of a Gibson Les Paul Standard in Heritage Cherry Sunburst and I could not be happier with the service I received from Leon. As the store is a long way from where I live, I combined my visit with another trip. Leon was superb, very patient and really knows his stuff.

The guitar is gorgeous and was exactly what I was looking for. When I am next in the market for a guitar (don't tell the wife) I will definitely use Wildwire.

I have just taken delivery of a beautiful new and perfectly set up PRS guitar from Wildwire and received the kind of service that will take me back to Wildwire in the future whenever I am in the market for another guitar. Leon was extremely patient with me, a slightly nervous online customer and now that the guitar has arrived (securely packed and 24 hour delivery), I could not be happier. If you look for an attentive and slightly 'old fashioned' customer service (where the customer comes first), I would thoroughly recommend this company!

Fabulous service. They had the guitar I wanted, but it was a very long way to travel. I was very nervous about buying an expensive PRS over the phone, but I needn't have been. Leon gave superb service. Organised a Saturday delivery to fit around my busy schedule, and communicated updates to me via email (including additional photos). Guitar arrived on time, well packaged, in perfect condition, and beautifully set up.
