Still waiting for dog harness to arrive had no reply from wilex despite several emails to them have now asked for refund but still no correspondence from them

Very disappointed ordered a dog harness over a month ago money taken out of my bank still waiting for the harness to be delivered!!!

Paid for two harnesses on 29th Sept 23 as a returning customer and not received. Had no replies to my emails.

Item never turned up
Never answered emails
Bank refunded me

I did not receive this product and Wilex have not answered any of my emails

I ordered a lead from this company & the funds were withdrawn from my bank account. I have emailed the company 4 times, without any confirmation from the company. It’s now 4 weeks since my order and still no delivery. I have checked the website and my order is there and just states unfulfilled. No contact number either on their website. I’ve paid for an item that I’ve not received.

Still waiting on lead, this is second time this has happened. Last time was a lead and harness, in between received one lead, so gave another chance.

This company does NOT even deserve 1 star! I placed an order on the 16th of September and still have NOT received it. I have sent numerous emails with NO reply and NO sigh of my order, even though the money has left my bank account!
AVOID at ALL cost!
I have reported Wilex to Trading standards but they can’t do anything as it has only been 2 weeks since I placed the order! I have also emailed Watchdog…..watch this space!

I have yet to receive my order, it’s been 3 weeks. This is the second time I’ve used this company and the second time I’ve had to chase an order after waiting a few weeks! There won’t be a third time.

Terrible, bought my harness on the 30th July 2023 on line, received email from wilex on the 16th August to say the order had been dispatched via Evri. Here we are 14th September 2023 still no harness, despite trying to contact them through email several times. Disgusting!

Ordered and paid, received confirmation email then nothing. Emailed numerous times and no response or item. Extremely disappointed as used many times in the past. No harness and out of pocket too!!

I have still not received my order 3 weeks later. This is very disappointing. I have now emailed the company as I want my items or a refund.

I have not received my item and it has been paid for. I have contacted the company numerous times and have received no response. Terrible service and I am out of pocket with no goods received!

Placed an order on 17/08/23, still not received on 08/09/23.
No communication from Wilex. Everytime I have tried to contact them, there is no response. Think carefully before ordering from Wilex.

Order never arrived. Attempts to contact Wilex unsuccessful. I am now out of pocket and unable to contact anyone.

I’m still waiting for my 2 harness I’ve emailed 4 times no response, thought giving you 1 star someone might respond, I’ve ordered before with know problem?

Having been recommended Wilex by a friend it didn't cross my mind to check for reviews of the company. Big mistake. Like other reviewers, money taken for order of harness and lead. Order unfulfilled and no response to the emails sent.
