No Internet for almost 2 months!!!!
I signed a contract on 23.02. with wilhelm.tel and still haven't received a router or any Internet. It's now mid April. One technician came around to the flat about a month ago to tell me that they had to fix connection problems and I haven't heard since. Customer service is impossible to get hold of and they answer incredibly slowly. Life is too short to wait for an unresponsive customer service team who doesn't even seem to apologise or feel any urgency to give you Internet in a time when we all need to work from home. I'm so disappointed and will now be contacting Vodafone.

- fast internet connection (1 Gbit/s is no issue)
- reliable connections (no dropouts like EWE has)
- good pricing
- friendly and helpful customer support.
