All talk before the contract--then complete silence

They put on a great show before we signedm acting sharp and confident. The moment the contract was in place, it all fell apart. Deadlines were ignored, our questions were brushed aside, and we were left chasing them for answers that should have come without asking. We had to constantly check in just to get the most basic tasks done. It felt like we were doing their job for them while they sat back collecting a paycheck. The whole experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time and money.
