Excellent brass bracket quick delivery
I purchased a brass concealed curtain pole bracket - much nicer design than others I saw elsewhere. Delivered quickly and very good quality. Very happy 10/10

Expensive shipping and sent to the wrong address.
The product was fine, but shipping for two tiny pieces of plastic was £7.95.
Also, they send the package to the billing address and not the shipping address.
No really impressed.

Horrible Experience
I used to work with this company. There is always a constant turnaround in staff their due to low pay, no uniform, no Christmas bonus except for one old man who's been their for years so for him they take him to the side when they think no one is watching and look after him. They look after their customers but not the workers who got them where they are today
