Placed an order for 3 shirts
Placed an order for 3 shirts, and the expected first delivery date has passed, have emailed twice, used messenger once and the website contact page, but no response from this company, no tracking information or update on my order status. Very disappointing service.

The socks are fine but took over 2 weeks to arrive when it says 2-3 days. No response from emailing customer services in 2 occasions but at least they did turn up eventually

What a joke
I ordered a shirt from here, and when it turned up, it was nothing like the picture or the description.
After a few emails back and forth, the communication stopped, I have had no reply on how or where to return the item.
No telephone number available, perhaps understandably,so here we are left with an item of no use to me.

I don’t normally sign up to public reviews, however this company deserve the credit.
Lovely shirts! Beautifully packaged and arrived within two days!
Just wish they did double cuffed shirts-I would have bought more for my son

I have order on June 2020 5 shirts and have never received them and have never received a refund. I have written to them over 15 emails and have received only 3 replys saying oh we are sorry we are just sending them today, something went wrong. And still 6 months later still no shirt or no refund. Seriously these guys are a scam

As we checked our conversation with you there is 1 item missing in your post and we let you know because of stock problem and give you same discount for 3 shirts and you received your 3 shirts which one of them free and then recently we refund you for one shirt if you not recived your refund yet it takes longer than usual right now but played contact us we will check for you
Purchased a trouser
Purchased a trouser, it arrived on time but I did not find the quality of material as aspected, therefore had to return it back. The item was delivered by Royal Mail on time, but they seemed to have misplaced the item and it took almost 3 weeks to find out the misplaced item. Finally,after several weeks of chasing up I got my money back. However, they seem to maintain very effective communication with their customers, they always replied my queries promptly.
