Very good experience with William Properties. All team members were helpful and amazing. Tim, Aimee, Nicola, Jasper Sarah and Natasha brought all efforts to help purchase completion.

After deciding to sell our home a year ago, we worked with three different agencies—Williams was the last one, and without a doubt, the best!
From start to finish, the experience with Williams was exceptional. Their professionalism stood out in every interaction. Aimee, Jasper, Sarah, Tim, and Natasha went above and beyond—not only to successfully sell our home but also to help us find our dream home.

From the initial valuation with Aimee to getting our property on the market at lightning speed, everything was handled with precision. Viewings were managed flawlessly, with prompt and honest feedback every time.

When it came to negotiations, Aimee, Tim, and Sarah proved to be outstanding negotiators, securing the best possible outcomes for us. Natasha was incredible as our progress negotiator—she ensured everything ran smoothly from the moment we accepted an offer through to exchange and completion. Selling and buying simultaneously is never easy, but Natasha’s handling of solicitor communications was invaluable.

And a special thank you to Aimee for finding us the perfect home! We truly can’t thank the Williams team enough for their dedication, expertise, and support throughout this journey.

I had a very disappointing experience with Williams Properties while trying to buy a property through their sales manager, Tim Miller. There was a serious lack of transparency throughout the process. I was told the property wouldn’t be taken off the market until I had paid for searches and instructed solicitors — which I did — only to later discover that key information had been withheld.

I later found out that a previous buyer had pulled out because the valuation came back lower than the agreed price, but this was never disclosed to me before I committed financially. When my valuation also came back lower, I was pressured to go with another lender in the hope of getting a higher valuation, even though there was no guarantee the sale would proceed if it came back the same.

Overall, I felt misled, pressured, and out of pocket. The experience was stressful and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend Williams Properties based on this experience

Not great in our opinion, we profoundly regret using them.

We manage to find our first dream house on the Williams Properties website, we quickly organise a viewing with Nicola. She was very friendly and professional, Nicola has given us all information’s we needed regarding this property and if we needed any additional information from the seller, she was more than happy to ask the question for us. We submitted our offer and was accepted, during the purchase process we been contacting Nicola and Natasha for additional information regarding the property and they always been very friendly and professional. Everything went very well and we are now in our first house. If you want professional agents for house purchase or anything else go to Williams Properties, we definitely can recommend them.

This is the second time that I’ve dealt with Williams Estate Agents.
I’ve always found them to be very helpful & totally professional at all times.
The young lady called Amy is a delight to deal with and goes above & beyond to make things run smoothly.

Customer service is a disgrace. Booked a viewing only to find property has now been sold, I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole now .

I didn’t use these directly but they were involved in a chain I was in. They were at the bottom end. Very hard to get an update on the buyer on the property they were selling from my agent. This went on for weeks.
The short of it, I found the sale had fallen through by doing a bit of digging myself and finding the property back up for sale on Rightmove. Effectively breaking the chain with a few weeks to go.
Didn’t even bother calling/emailing my agent to say so. The excuse, it was last thing the day before. It’s as if they pushed the submit button on Rightmove on the way out the door. Not the greatest way to find out your chain has failed. Would they have told me? Who knows. My agent didn’t receive a call, I know that.
Not a way I’d conduct my business. This is why some estate agents have the same rep as second hand car sales and politicians.
Seller/buyer beware. Do your research.

I bought and sold my house through Williams and Aimee Cox their representative, Overall through a long and complicated sale, Aimee was knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding with all the parties involved which helped tremendously. Thanks to all the Williams staff for getting this one over the line. Marvellous!

We were very happy with the way Williams Properties handled our purchase. They worked hard to complete a complicated purchase and Harry kept me up to date at all times. We would definitely recommend them.

Avoid, as landlord, tenant, buyer or seller. Avoid.

Professional and delivered what was expected of them. Particularly great at dealing with the contact between us and our buyer
