We originally brought a automower from Autocut, one of their competitors. They were post the sale shocking to deal with. Transferred our extended service contact to these guys and never looked back.
Placed an order online and paid (by cc) for a Guarany Symmetrical Backpack Garden Pressure Sprayer, which was advertised at £69.00 (and still is on Google). Order confirmation received by email and Order Complete message showing on my online account. Order was then cancelled only to be informed by the trader that there was a glitch and they got the price wrong. Despite querying this the company refuses to honour the contract. Avoid.
The website was easy to use, the price was good. I got a helpful response when I phoned to clarify a couple of things. Everything arrived well packaged and exactly as described. So, I bought from them again and that too was a seamless experience.
