Very good service from start to finish. Chair fully demonstrated before we bought it and again when delivered. Looking forward to some cosy nights snuggled up in my warm heated chair

Further to my previous post regarding…riser/recliner

Further to my previous post regarding my hanbury riser/recliner, the replacement new chair arrived yesterday and promptly returned.
The chair is not comfortable as my original chair.
The pocket and the hook for remote were on the wrong side
The footrest was not long enough
To me the fabric did not line up, not as symmetrical as my original chair
The remote is a cheap plastic looking thing and has no light on it as my original chair, the mechanism to the chair is also totally different
Although by e mail and phone call, they have not address all the issues
Further and I quote “as confirmed on the phone this will be exactly the same as what you have now including fabric and measurements” it is not
Just the fact that I still have issues with this company
I would not recommend them

Excellent Demonstration

We were very impressed with Lee who took his time to explain about the adjustable beds. I didn’t feel at all rushed in the demonstration. He answered my questions, found out my needs so he could advise me properly. I didn’t feel pushed into making a decision, or spending more than I wanted to. I cannot wait to receive my new bed.

All good so far

What a lovely man our advisor Craig was. He was patient, with no pushy sales tactics. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave good explanations regarding achieving maximum comfort. My sister has ordered the California recliner with the security of a 2 week return period. Will add a product review at a later date.

Sam came to demonstrate an adjustable…

Sam came to demonstrate an adjustable bed. He was extremely polite. Even asked about taking his shoes off. Impressive. He was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the product and allowing me to try the bed and get used to the controls. He was very thorough. I did not feel pressurised. Highly recommend this company and Sam.

Fantastic customer service

Chris F came out to demonstrate the riser recliner to my Mother in law. He was polite, knowledgeable and patient. He talked her through her options, let her choose the material she liked, and made sure that the measurements were all personalised to her.
He wasn't at all pushy or trying to make her buy anything she didn't want. He explained everything and gave her plenty of opportunities to practice in the demonstrator chair.
Excellent quality, excellent service, would highly recommend this company. This chair will give my Mother in law her independence back.

The delivery and installation was great

Dean and Neil arrived at their anticipated delivery time.
They got on with the delivery with no fuss or bother and were extremely polite. They carefully explained how all the functions of the chair worked giving us both a clear understanding of how everything operated.

The delivery drivers arrived on time as expected, both Lawrence& Lonut did the perfect delivery of our chairs and explained the information of how to use the chairs safely. We were very satisfied with the chairs and the complete delivery

The service we received by the two gentlemen who delivered our recliner chair, Andy & Billy, was absolutely first class. They were polite, informative and very helpful. They explained everything to us and also they arrived within the time slot they had given to us over the telephone. Could not fault them.
