Excellent company who make chairs to the specific requirements for the individual

Mark on behalf of Willowbrook is very knowledgeable, friendly and insured my Dad was comfortable when measuring and ensuring his new chair had everything he required. Chair arrived today, the delivery guys were wonderful setting up the chair and explaining all the features to Dad, they also took the old chair away. I would recommend Willowbrook to all as they are extremely efficient and a wonderful company from start to finish

Gary was outstanding

Gary was outstanding. From start to finish, he explained everything clearly & thoroughly. He didn't rush & he was very patient with my 86 year old client. He did a thorough demonstration and listened to everything she said. He made sure she understood and was happy. She knows what happens next and who to contact if she has any questions. Lawrenceand Steve were excellent. They installed the chair with great efficiency and were very friendly and courteous throughout.I am delighted with them and with the chair. They explained the workings of it to me well. I can only recommend them highly.

Porta riser/recliner

Having ordered a Porta riser/recliner from Willowbrook, when it arrived it was not to my specification and I was in 2 minds whether to return it there and then. The Company suggested I kept it until our physio had seen it, he was very impressed with the chair and delighted with the adjustable arm rests but agreed that the missing part, the footrest, was essential. Having spoken to Customer Services, and Debbie in particular, I was pleased with the way she dealt with the error. A footrest was made urgently, engineers came and fitted it, and we now have a chair which suits my husbands needs and, we hope, will go towards aiding his recovery.

Perfect experience with Vince and Willowbrook

I had a lovely experience with this company. Vince was a total gentleman and put me really at my ease. On his first visit, he took me through all the options for my riser/recliner chair. All questions I had were answered and a full demonstration was given which I was very satisfied with. I didn’t purchase the chair there and then but he left me with a quote so that I could think it over. After a few days, and a bit more research with other companies, I decided to go with this chair. The next day he came back and we sealed the deal. He was not pushy at all and was very helpful when I had even more questions. He was courteous and polite and extremely patient and kind as things did not quite go to plan but overall I would recommend Vince and Willowbrook all day long. Just looking forward to my new chair to arrive now !!

Very impressed with the initial process…

Very impressed with the initial process of purchasing a riser recliner from this company. A super quick response to our enquiry with an informative phone call. Our salesman, Craig, was extremely professional but also empathetic to our needs. What a bonus...he listens!
We felt that everything was explained clearly and that Craig was very knowledgeable and able to answer our concerns. Looking forward to receiving our new purchase.

Good night's sleep huh???

The bed is very comfortable and being able to raise legs and head can help quite a lot After a couple of weeks I find that I am sweating quite alot and walking into my bedroom I am forgetting myself and sitting on the bed and nearly falling through so have gone elsewhere for a firmer bed. Very hot and sweaty in cooler nights. Don't like to think what it would be like in summer. I now have a normal bed....no sinking in it lie flat on top

Absolutely fabulous

Ionut and Martin were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time with a lovely smile and a good morning. I offered them coffee and this was accepted and appreciated. The old bed was dismantled and put in the van. They even hoovered the carpet before the new bed was installed. New bed was put in situ and instructions were clear and concise. These guys were extremely friendly and polite. I'd definitely recommend Willowbrook and their staff. From the minute Alex visited us with a home demo, we felt at ease and not pressurised. Thank you to Ionut, Martin and Alex. We'll definitely be recommending Willowbrook and their staff. Thanks agsin

Really disappointed with the aftercare

Really disappointed with the aftercare. Chair was delivered to my Nan on 26th Feb and by that evening the motor failed and its stuck in the air. She now has no chair to sit on and is 99 years old and vulnerable.

The company said they would send an engineer 1 week later (6 days to be exact). They don’t have an emergency response for this occurrence despite their target audience being the elderly and vulnerable. They told me a manager would review the case to see if they can get someone out sooner and no call to update me.

Great sales experience, terrible after sales and that’s where it counts. Avoid.
