Amateurs

Communications terrible, you have to do the chasing. During my mortgage application I was asked basic questions that they should have known the answers to themselves! In the end I gave up and went direct to the same lender they did for me (which Willows told me was a decline). I have now secured an offer which I am delighted with.

A personal and smooth experience, every step of the way!

Monique has now managed two buy-to-let mortgages for me and I could not be happier. Everything was taken care of and as an expat being kept up to date with every step of the purchases, appreciate they were no simple tasks!
I could not be more grateful for all the help, support and experience I experienced with Willowgate Finance and am already saving for the next!

Fantastic service would highly recommend

We went thorough monique a few months ago and I would highly recommend her services.
As first time buyers with little knowledge around purchasing a property she made it stress free for us. She was very helpful no questions was silly to her and she responded very quickly. She found us a realy good mortgage deal that was in our budget. We will definitely use monique again.

Great experience
