Shame I can’t go lower than 1 star …

Shame I can’t go lower than 1 star matt Wilson at willow had my Audi s4 for over two years until I eventually went to get it back after lack of communication 10k out of pocket and gone from a working car to a rolling shell and some boxes of bits , can’t get hold of him now for a response on all my missing bits I paid for and the bits that are missing from the car originally. 2 years of false promises .. I have a solicitor involved now to try get my money back … wish I’d read some these reviews before I trusted him with my money and car .

I have a £2000+ turbo under warranty…

I have a £2000+ turbo under warranty from these con men and they refuse to deal with me, they have blocked my social media, don’t answer the phone and don’t reply to emails!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, MATTHEW WILSON IS A CON MAN!!!! Where do I begin? Bought a refurbished ex demo a45amg turbo advertised on Facebook by a Matthew Wilson who informed me he owned a company called willow performance and it was him who personally designed and built this turbo, he gave me the willow performance address to collect the turbo and told me it was ready to go with stage 1+ ecu which mine already was, when I got to my local mechanics they informed me that the oil feeds etc were different so I contacted Matthew who said they should have been in the box and that he would send me out another, over a week had passed and nothing and he refused to send tracking information even though he was adamant it was sent and also said I’m lucky he’s sending them out as these cost extra but mentioned nothing about this when I went to buy and collect my turbo, so he sent it again and 3+ weeks after originally purchasing the turbo I had the parts to install it, my local mechanics installed the turbo but it was very Smokey and the mechanics had informed me the turbo was faulty, I got onto Matthew who denied everything and blamed the mechanics that I had used to install the turbo, so I sent my car to willow performance where Matthew informed me all of the internals in the turbo had been damaged, he stated that because it was bought from him personally that there was no warranty (which is very strange, if the company you own makes and sells these turbos, why would you sell it personally? He knew the turbo was already broken and didn’t want it to come back on his company ) so anyway I said to rebuild the turbo at a cost of thousands of pounds and 4 months later after purposely dragging it out I get my car back, in the last 10 months I’ve had this turbo on I’ve gone through 2 oil return feeds because the terrible design means it burns against the exhaust and here I am again, 3 weeks later still chasing up an oil return feed because they don’t answer calls, Instagram messages or emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, MATTHEW WILSON IS A CON MAN!

**update, Matt has replied to me refusing to deal with me anymore because of this negative review, I still have faulty parts under warranty which he is refusing to replace

Poor poor company

Poor poor company. Ordered a part at £174 which never arrived. I emailed and called loads with no answer. I did speak with someone apparently called Joseph who said my part was being dispatched that day and will arrive in 2 days 2 weeks later nothing. Been 5 weeks now since I ordered the part. Stay well clear of this company.

Absolutely shocking service, never received order out of pocket

Absolutely shocking service, never had such bad service from a company before. ordered beginning of March a new part for the car with over 600+ spent, got told the first delivery had gone missing and that they would send another, second delivery had been sent and should be with me the week after. Still nothing...drove down during work as I had no choice using fuel to find out that they hadn't updated my previous details on the account and that I had two accounts somehow with a different name. Managed to get a receipt on the spot emailed to me, I then got told that all of their items are sent shipped without tracking numbers!!! Trying to get hold of them for a refund is ridiculous...can be on the phone for hours trying to even get hold of someone, after turning up that day after over 30+ calls, the phone was ringing with an employee stood not bothering to answer it. Be careful where you buy your car parts, I've now left out of pocket, I've done a chargeback but it's been a while with no reply or refund. I'm waiting for a refund or at least for the chargeback to time out, as I will be taking this further to trading standards and to court. If someone from willow reads this, just give me my money back already

I had a few questions about a product and not even a customer

I had a few questions about a product that they had not even supplied me with, and the response time to the solution was phenomenal almost instant on numerous occasions and there was not one hint of a sales pitch to try and sell me more hardware, which in my eyes shows that there product sells itself, thank you so much good luck in the future Matthew Wilson

Never recieved order.

Ordered £40 worth of products, and never arrived. Emailed dozens of times and not one has been answered. Spoke to them through Instagram and now have started ignoring them (as I can see they’ve been read). Taking further legal action with them to receive my products. Appalling customer service. Will say this loudly AVOID at all costs.
