Firstly, it’s expensive. Very expensive for what it is. £25 each on a Saturday. Secondly, ridiculous rules around height spoil your day if you have children that are both over and under 90cm: because they can do barely anything together. Our two year old goes on large slides at a soft play that we go to regularly with his older brothers, and loves it. At Willows however, an attendant in a face mask informed us he is not allowed, condescendingly told me what my son “might enjoy.”. Also, the children are forced to wear long sleeves to go on the slides, despite it being very warm. The whole thing was just ruined by an extreme form of health and safety that is just not found anywhere else. Won’t return, don’t recommend. We’d have had more fun for a quarter of the price at a competitor soft play or farm.

We visited Willows Activity Farm today to celebrate my daughter’s 11th birthday, and despite the dodgy weather, we had an absolutely incredible day all thanks to your amazing team.
A special shoutout to Chef Fernando at The Burrow Café, who somehow managed to feed all 15 of us in record time! It genuinely took us longer to place our order than it did for the food to arrive and it wasn’t just quick, it was delicious and top quality. Honestly, we were blown away.
Izzy C and Maggie, thank you so much for going above and beyond to make our day even more special. Your warmth and kindness didn’t go unnoticed.
And to the lovely gentleman on the carousel, thank you for your gentle and generous spirit you made the little moments truly magical.
To the management: you're clearly doing something very right. The people representing your farm are outstanding — professional, kind, and full of heart.
From all 15 of us THANK YOU. You helped make memories that my daughter (and the rest of us!) won’t soon forget.

We had a great day at Willows. My daughter loved everything- the rides, especially the pony parade, the soft play, and the animals. Very child friendly and a great day out for the whole family.

Wasted journey. It doesn't mention unless you search the FAQ that you are not allowed in unless you have a child under 8 with you. It advertises events like the lambing that children over 8 or adults might like and even bother to clearly advise wearing Wellingtons but they need to clearly show their entry restrictions to save people the disappointment, time and expense of a wasted journey.

Bad behaving staff, mismanaged

Good for kids but a little boring for adults.

Took out a family membership but completely unable to use it. Soft play area meant for under twos is full of older kids throwing ball pit balls at one another. Staff not interested in maintaining safety and asking them to get out.
