Correct order not delivered but paid for!

We placed an order for 3 size ranges of cushion pads (30 of each) and we only received one size. We have tried to call - the number takes you to a Tesco mobile payment line; the company do not respond to emails sent via their own 'Contact Us' page and any emails sent to their email address are bounced back. The company took full payment for the cushion pads (we are outstanding 60 pads). We are purchasing for a small business that supports a children's education charity. Do not purchase from this company. If there were an option for '0' stars, we would choose this option.

Ordered back in june4th had to ring up…

Ordered back in june4th had to ring up see where my order is it illegal was told they are behind with orders I then emailed for a refund no response so went through my bank this company is useless.

I purchased at sofa with foam cushions…

I purchased at sofa with foam cushions and it was hard to sit on I found willows direct on line and they made me 2 very large hollow fibre cushions and what a big difference I feel like I can now fall asleep and just snuggle into my sofa. Thank you willows 🤩

I ordered wadding and received white…

I ordered wadding and received white material. I emailed same day as delivery to advise no response.i then phoned to find out it was a Tesco mobile which was not answered when finally answered was told to send picture of item received which I did via email do response I then emailed again no response so went old fashioned and wrote to them again as yet no response
I wish I had read the on line reviews before ordering I
Would then not have ordered as they seem to be an absolute shambles despite their posh website it is interesting that one person says they operate from a house, The order may have only been for a small amount but it is the principle of the matter
Do not use these people

Feather Cushion Pads

I have placed 2 orders for feather cushion pads with Willows Direct and been really pleased with the product which is very good value compared to other sites. Although they take a little longer to come I was kept informed and they were helpful in providing particular receipts needed for VAT purposes. Thank you

DISAPPOINTED -I also wanted a zero review score

In mid July this year I ordered 4 cushion pads, Hasan recommended adding 2" to the width and length and 1" to the depth ... when the pads arrived they were FAR to big and rock hard .. so they could never fit in the covers, I cut them and removed stuffing but then they lacked the structure .. we had 3 to 4 months of correspondance asking him to help .. but he failed. I have placed an order with somebody else and I am delighted with the pads I now have.... VERY VERY disappointed .. its ZERO stars from me a waste of money and now I have to dispose of the pads ... very wasteful for me and the environment. The only winner here is Hasan.

Hasn't arrived

Hasn't arrived, won't give me the tracking number, I don't believe my order was actually fulfilled. Garbage AI chat and no means of actually contacting the company. Best avoided

Would be no stars!

Would be no stars!! Do NOT buy ftom this company! Ordered two cushions that were much smaller than expected or advertised. No info on returns. Tried to contact by email - no response!!

I usually check unknown companies on trustpilot. Not sure why I didn't this time!!

Do not buy from this company it's a disgrace. I bought 4 cushion pads through Onbuy thinking I would have an efficient way of returning my purchase. Willows Direct can not be contacted through Onbuy. They cannot be contacted by email. Try and phone all you will get is a Tesco Mobile voice message. Rediculous. They are absolutely rubbish fraudsters. They don't even have a factory. If you look for them on Google Maps, it just small house on a street in Bingley. So much for all their advertising.

Shocking all round as a first time purchaser!!

This was my first time using this company and it will be my last! Parcel arrived today! I ordered cushion pads, well they were squeezed into the smallest parcel bag ever so that when I eventually managed to extract them from it they were so mis-shaped I wont actually be able to use them! The smallest pad was supposed to be square, well its now domed with no stuffing in the corners! Absolutely shocking with no delivery note, no communication from them re dispatch, poor quality unusable items, poor warehouse management and packing facility and poor service all round. Don't waste your money - I am a small business and look for long term suppliers - you definitely won't be one of them!! Steer well clear!

No response to refund request

I ordered 4 different size cushions for a custom sized sofa i have built, which arrived as promised whiting 4 days. Unfortunately they are the ring size and don’t fit. I have emailed twice and called and left a message once on the number I found on the website, however I have not heard back about my question asking to return them and get a refund. Please contact me as a matter of urgency to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Cushion inserts

Great quality and excellent value for money. I’ve tried lots of cushion inserts in the past trying to get the right thing but these are by far the most superior.
Good communication throughout and a wee hiccup with delivery was resolved quickly.
