An appalling surgery

To get an appointment at this place is like trying to win the jackpot. In other words it is non-existent, to the point you could be dead before getting anywhere with this surgery. You call them explain the symptoms needless to say there is no appointments, they suggest you call 111, give them all the symptoms and they advise you to call your GP surgery? Two weeks later I am still doing the same thing while symptoms very clearly are increasing.
This place is not fit for purpose and I would put a minus five stars if it was possible.

automated "upgrades"

Wonderful staff and doctors,
but since Willows Health took over the DMU surgery the difficulty of getting an appointment increased. After a few months they expanded their territory for the clinic and appointments via the online app are all gone within 40 seconds (frequently tested and confirmed) of going online.
Terrible profit seeking motivations and "customer last" practice.
Again, wonder staff at the clinic. Hands tied by corporate

update: all same day appointments are gone within 5 seconds. It's actually amazing.

Staff is very helpful though. Really like the place.

Willows Health - incompetent surgery

An incompetent surgery. Went to see the doctor after son had a fit. The doctor referred my son to a specialist who did not exist as I wanted to go private. I rang the surgery on a Friday to ask for a name that existed. They rang me 6 days later without ant regard for my sons health. I can't even complain as things get brushed under the carpet at this place.
