It took 4 attempts over a 2 year period with other solicitors until finally being recommended a Will writer ,(Gavin) that I felt I could trust
He was supportive, not pushy, carefully explaining our option's and making the legal jargon understandable
Gavin also waivered a charge after some confusion at my end
He was responsive in between our meetings and put me and my husband at ease

Will Protect were recommended to us and from the outset Gavin was fantastic. We used their services for updating our Wills as well as producing Legal Power of Attorney for both me and my Wife and Gavin was very helpful and extremely patient when we had to make changes. I would highly recommend!

I needed to update my will to include inheritance tax planning for my business. The issues were complex and new to me. Gavin spent as much time as I required to explain options.

He made me feel so relaxed that I could ask any questions without feeling stupid. I cannot emphasise how much of a relief this was, and how much time he took explaining and re-explaining my various options, given my particular circumstances.

I felt that he took time to be absolutely clear about my circumstances and my wishes. He used language that i could understand. He was not in any way condescending, nor did he rush me in any of our meetings.
He was prompt and efficient in the follow up correspondence.

I would not hesitate in recommending his company for anyone who needs to review their will and ensure their business and personal assets are properly protected.

Creating a new will and trust is one of those things that can seem time consuming and laborious and therefore gets put off. Well that ceratainly wasn't my experience with Will Protect.

I have known Gavin for many years and it has taken me some time to be ready to deal with this subject. He has waited patiently, providing me with advice and guidance. In the end it was so simple to complete a questionnaire which resulted in the documents we needed. It is a confusing subject and whilst we know it is not possible to control events from the grave it is still reassuring to know that we have done our best to leave our families with our financial matters in the best possible shape. We needed reassurance, explanations and expert advice and we had a complex situation to navigate round as we both had adult children from different relationships. It is not enough to have a will, to have EPA's Health & Wealth, as it is important to look ahead to the declining years (and declining income).
