Bought two kilos of worm they arrived in bags containing sticks stones and straw worst dendrobinas I've every bought.

Dreadful company, rude staff and when they have to refund you takes 14 days to bother processing then expect me to wait a further 10 days to get my money back they can't even be bothered to email you back and the only company that claim I own the goods at the point of purchasing and not once taken delivery of goods so clearly don't know your rights as a customer use bought from angling direct several times brilliant service and I will always be using them in the future steer well clear of dreadful customer service

First time ordering from them and for me it's a mixed bag.
Dendras I ordered were all OK as was the casters .
Red maggots and white maggots were small.
Red pinkie were in poor condition.
White pinkie were OK.

I do live out in the country side a bit and my best maggots are normally from AD in Norwich which is about an he turn around so thought I would give willys ago,but will probably go back to travelling to AD

Customer service is above and beyond, sorted out special delivery for me as royal mail won't deliver to mine .

Had my first delivery of large dendrobaenas and they are premium quality, proper big, fat, juicy worms.
I tell that Willy Worms pride themselves on producing fresh produce and it really shows. Great at updating you on the dispatch and delivery process also. Highly recommend to any fellow anglers looking for a reliable, fast, fresh bait delivery service. You won’t be disappointed!

Still waiting for answers and refund or redelivery..have been in contact every day with a member of staff...
Tried using tracking number Via royal mail,but keep getting NO data available...I shall not be using the company again.,I have had to go out and find enough baits for contest on Sunday....as I can't get about much I was looking for a better solution...As a pensioner and 72,

Just had my first delivery 500 grams of Dendrobaena from Willy worms, really impressed they are in great condition and really lively as soon I put them in the tub I had prepared they all buried down the medium.

How can the company improve, well cease trading would be the best option. Bought 4 pints of red maggots and 1 pint of whites, all dead on arrival, no movement what so ever, the ducks enjoyed them. 0 stars would be perfect score.

First online order anywhere for maggots (pint each of whites, bronze and reds) - ordered just after the 1pm cutoff so they didn't come the next day but arrived the day after, well packaged and very good quality maggots. Despite the fact they are far more expensive due to postage costs they are far better quality than my local tackle shop so from my point of view still much better value.

Usually perfect, but this time the maggots were tiny and stunk the place out.

Two orders and they failed to deliver in their time scale! I ordered in plenty of time and according to their website. On a wednesday for a Friday delivery (before 1pm) and on a Sunday for a Wednesday use. Both failed to deliver as published and cost £5.99 for failed delivery time!!!

I tried contacting them to ensure they were being delivered, not pick up. Sent e-mail regarding my concerns and no reply. They obviously don't appreciate customers so they have their wish. I will no longer buy from willy worms as there a re numerous outlets that do value their customers and do what they say on their tin.!! If the two pints of maggots fail to turn up by Friday 15th November, I will be using paypal to get my money back due to a frustrated contract because they failed to deliver.

I will get my money back and I will no longer use your tripe company to supply me with live bait. Please go bust as your pathetic.

Ordered a Drennan whip and a couple of ready made rigs late on Wednesday evening. It arrived on Friday morning as indicated on the various emails. Very good service. First time I’ve use Willy Worms as they were the only ones online showing the items I wanted were in stock and who didn’t have exorbitant rates for postage.

Right where to start ordered items and gave myself a week so the items would come in time for my fishing trip i had the day off work and they didn't arrive so they said it will come tomorrow had another day off items still didn't arrive on the 3rd day the day I'd already left for a fishing trip and bought the items from a local tackle shop they arrived I contacted them and they pkajn ignored me worst customer care ever they take your money then ignore you great (not) ....

I’ve ordered off willyworms plenty of times in the past with little issue but ordered 9pints of casters and 2 pints of reds once I cleaned the casters and got all the floaters off the top I was left with 7pints and as for the red maggots again once I cleaned them I was left with just over a pint I emailed them and I’ve never got a reply sadly I won’t be ordering from them unless I’m desperate

I've ordered from Willy Worms before and always found their bait exceptional both for quality and for price. Having moved to a remote area in Scotland I was a little worried that their 24 hour delivery may be missed but the package arrived early the next day. Bait was packed in an insulated bag with ice packs and when opened the bait was probably fresher than if I had travelled the two hours to my closest bait shop, saving me time and fuel.
Definitely ordering again for my next fishing session.

I have used this company many many times for bait deliverys,it has always arrived next day by lunch time.Personally cannot praise this company enough 5 stars all day

Order maggots on a Thursday afternoon paid the 24 hour delivery charge,trancking number stated is was in transit and will be delivered on the sat waited in all day no sign of maggots Sundays comes still nothing Monday morning 750am maggots get delivered, then get a text to say the will be delivered between 1 and 3 pm
Anyway wow what a smell even before opening the box once opened you could see all bags of bait where dead, once silly worms made contact I was told they don’t give 100% that it’s 24 hour delivery yet advised it and charge you for it, then told it’s my fault for ordering on a Thursday and expecting them in24 hours and that I should leave the maggots out to re alive no luv they are dead even if I took them to a nd e I don’t think there’s much that can be done, anyway to save yourself stress and disappointment order on a Monday and you may get your bait by Friday dead or alive they don’t care

Ordered goods Tuesday for delivery Thursday ....plenty of time for express delivery ( 24 hrs ) ...no sign of goods Wednesday...phoned willy worms and was informed of the power cut and this has affected many deliveries...I inquired about a phone call or email to say there's a problem...Delivery was then promised for Thursday ...phoned willy worms today Thursday no delivery and the excuse was APC have lost my order, surly the couriers have some sort of communication with the supplier .ll....shocking shocking customer experience...I have spent Hundreds of pounds with this company and they can't phone or email when a situation arises..I was offered a refund and have excepted...in my opinion I would never recommend dealing with willy worms ...This was my last ever order and now seek a new supplier who can deliver on promises..By By willy worms you had many many chances and this week was the last one .
