Seems I'm having the same experience as everyone else. I ordered a hardcover book and they sent me the digital version. I HATE reading on a device. I likie the novelty of having the book in my hand. And just like everyone else, they refuse to refund me my money. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Willzool did not deliver the product I paid for. There was absolutely no communication with Willzool. Thank goodness I purchased their book through Paypal. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WILLZOOL, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

Will Zool sells books but fakes a Buyer out with E Books instead of the intended hard copy book.
They don't give refunds for their errors.
Use the competition and save yourself the aggrevation and disappointment.

This is a scam. No where does it say that you're buying an e-book.

This company is a joke. They had a simple mission, send my brother an ebook. Instead they sent it to me and wouldn't refund. Pathetic customer service. Zero freaking stars. Praying for the day you shut the doors 🙏

Wish I could give zero stars. Sale listed as a physical book then after payment I get an email that says “you have purchased an ebook.” Emailed for a refund and told “no refunds.” File isn’t even valid. Trash scammer.

There was absolutely nothing in their listing that said that what I ordered was an ebook and there was no ability to return it. "Sorry, not sorry" was how I felt. Will not be ordering from them again.

Will never buy again from Willzool. I purchased a physical copy of a book at a "bargain" price. After the payment went through, it was an ebook instead, which can't be downloaded anyway. No response from the company. The "bargain" price was merely a lure to their bait-and-switch website. A physical book is substituted with an undownloadable ebook. Scam.

Thieves! They advertise books and then send digitial copy that wont open. They show a phone number, which when called, gives a message they can only be contacted by email. Refund policy of 30 days - I attempted to cancel order immediately when I received email instead of shipping of book stating all sales are final. This company is a scam.

Zero stars! Thieves! I should have read the reviews before I tried to buy a book from these scumbags. As everyone else has said, they make you think you are buying a book by giving you the number of pages, stating that they give free shipping , and bragging about their refund policy. But it’s not a physical book and, based on other reviews, it’s not even a download e-book. And they do not give refunds even if you have not tried to “download” from their link. Lesson learned - always check reviews before buying from a company that you have not used before.

Same experience as others - they do not make it clear that you are ordering an ebook. They refused to cancel the order and refund my money. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Don't purchase anything from Willzool - it's a scam!
By mistake I bought an ebook, when I really wanted a hardcover. Mainly, because the Willzool site was not clear! They refused to refund me the money.

I should have looked up the reviews before — website didn’t say it was an ebook and promoted free shipping (even asked for my shipping address!) They then emailed me and said I had purchased an ebook. I told them that I had purchased the book for a Christmas present but they did not allow a refund even though their website says they do. Complete waste of time and money. DO NOT USE.

I'm a beginner at ordering books, especially ebooks. I thought I was ordering a hard copy. I have a very hard time reading on my lap top or phone. I sent numerous requests to exchange my ebook for a hard copy. I know they never actually read my request. I received the same message with every request. I do not recommend Willzool.

Would give them "0" stars. Deceptive advertising. Advertised a book, got an ebook. Never opened it. Contacted PayPal for refund because the company refused to give a refund, although Willzool NEVER stated that the book was an ebook. Further, they advertised "free shipping." Total sham! Buyer beware. Do not use Willzool for any purchases.

Total theft by deception! I bought a cookbook through Willzool. The book description, 30 day refund policy and shipping information, altogether with the photo of the newly released book with 288 pages was on their website. The book would be shipped 2-3 days after ordering. It was on sale. Perfect, right?!! NO ONE ON EARTH WHO BUYS A BOOK ASSUMES IT IS AN E-BOOK. There was absolutely nothing written anywhere about an ebook. Not anywhere! An ebook is what they sent to my email, though. I was outraged. I didn't even bother to download it. I emailed them back for a refund. And that 30 day refund? Non- existent. It doesn't apply to ebooks. DO NOT!!! DO NOT!!! DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I'm hoping PayPal can get my money refunded. I'm not holding my breath, but I am going to look into filing a complaint with government legal entities about theft by deception. I have screen shots showing their ad is fraudulent. Nowhere does it indicate the cookbook is an ebook. I would NEVER have bought it. This was to have been part of a wedding present.

Never use the Willzool website!
My mistake was not reading reviews beforehand. I bought a book on the site and paid through PayPal, but they only sent me a digital copy that couldn’t even be opened. They advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, but that’s a lie. I sent them four emails requesting a refund since they failed to provide the product, but their response was simply that I had purchased a soft copy. Don’t trust them and don’t use their service!

Thank you for the excellent workbook! The book was in prime condition. Keep up the good work! The price was more than reasonable. Will definitely order from you in the future!

Don't buy anything from them unless you want to buy an ebook. What a scam.
